When I came to Donna, I came seeking freedom from a pervasive addiction to cigarettes. What I got was a map to freedom from a life of crushing depression and anxiety, a happier and healthier family, and a solid knowledge that all of that was always and will always be inside of me and will never elude me again. The work that we did in a few months was far more powerful than a decade of talk therapy, reaching immediately to the core of my troubles without the weekly emotional hangover that one can get from hashing over the past again and again, week in and week out. She pulled out the joyful, secure spirit I always knew was inside of me and taught me to sweep away the fears and psychological rubble that resulted from years of trauma. I cannot begin to express the level of gratitude I feel towards this woman and the incredible services she provides. She is absolutely priceless.

Three words to describe my experience with Donna - professional, enlightening, life changing. I guess that’s four words. As a practicing healer myself I’m cautious about who I choose for my own healing journey (shocker - yes, healers need healing too). Bilateral Tinnitus. I came to Donna seeking hypnosis for the relief from the constant ringing in my ears. Unable to cope with the symptoms I was becoming depressed, couldnt sleep, and started isolating. Emotionally I was becoming despondent. I was desperate for an answer. Within several sessions utilizing hypnosis and reiki Donna was able to help me obtain relief to point were my Tinnitus was barely noticeable and at times not noticeable at all. I have chosen to continue with Donna as a life coach as I have started a journey of self discovery. As a guy i always struggled to face my anxiety, it was the typical thing to ignore it and be tough. But the more i ignored it the stronger and selfdestructing it became.
