Whenever asked about what non medical transport service I would use, it is Universal Mobility all the way. They are extremely professional and always on time for pickups and drop offs. They take the time to make sure you feel safe in their vehicles and get to your appointments on time. They were a lifesaver for my husband and I when he became wheelchair bound and needed transportation to get to his medical appointments weekly.
