Good place helps p5

I worked for this company for 4 and a half years and I have never worked for a more professional and compassionate outfit in my 53 years. COVID19 took my job or Id still be there. I highly recommend them as a transportation alternative.

The drivers are always professional. But, if you have a problem with the heat. I would not suggest you call them. Most of their fleet of vans are very, very old. With outdated air conditioning in the back of the van. Windows do not open either. So like this week when its going to be sweltering hot, dont ride with them. Its dangerous!

This review has been long overdue. I cant get into a big van and that was on the request from medical insurance, guess what they sent to pick me up? Yes a big van twice.It went downhill from there quickly. I was going to Folsom from N. Sacramento and I cant do the seatbelt due to stroke disability and the driver refused to get his lazy butt out of the car and fasten my seatbelt and pulled out of my driveway with me not secured in the vehicle which by the way is illegal. And before you jump to dispute this I have proof. I see from the recent reviews it hasnt improved. Very sad.Add on to reply from owner.Really. So 99% of the reviews are wrong? Wow!! Tomorrow I will post my proof.....

2x daily their drivers come into our community and exceed the speed limit. We have private roads with posted speed limits. In truth, it is more like one long alley with the garages opening directly onto it. Our residents, their children and animals use the paved alley to move about the complex which is why the speed limit is so low. The companys office has been contacted several times but any improvement is short lived. I am thoroughly disgusted with them at this point.

Just reading the owners response to customers concerns, people with disabilities need to be treated better than this. Very disappointing.

Some bus driver they will not open the door for me they willnot close the door for me I get upset of some bus driver they are not doing ther jod good my afternoon bus drive he will open the door for me. And he close the door for me he alway walk up. With me. To. My. Door I like James my bus driver because he alway nice to me and I miss my bus other bus driver Ron he is nice to me too have a nice day

My wife and I have a small carehome and we have had several transportation companies provide daily transportation to and from our clients programs with modirate serve. We are now using medstar, and find this company to be far and above the others. They pick up our clients on time every day with different drivers, apparently they prepair their drivers on where they are going before they start the runs. On returning them home after program is over our clients travel time is basically 30-45 minutes travel time, versas the 2 to 3 hours travel time from the other companies. MedStar drivers are very helpfull, and curteous, I just cant say enough about them and the company. I will be recommending this company to every body else who needs save and reliable service. And yes one of our clients is in a whell chair and she loves riding with them.
