Courtney was great to talk with and did a great job with the hair cut and style. I have difficult curly frizzy hair and she knew how to handle it. She gave me tips on how to style it. Im definitely coming back. It was even cheaper than listed online which was a huge plus.

When I walked in the receptionist greeted me and was very accommodating. I was treated nicely and someone was available to cut my hair as a walk in. Katie was able to fix my hair and new how to handle my wavy/ curly hair. My hair was fixed and I now love it. I have already recommended you to a friend and will be scheduling my next appointment with you. 😊

Artistic, super-friendly, relaxing, chic (but not uptight).... All words Id use to describe my experience at Deeda. Ive seen Celina and Angelina and, without hesitation, would (and have) scheduled time to go get beautiful with them again. I have long light curls that easily go frizzy in the wrong hands, but I feel safe and gorgeous with Deeda.

Angelina and her assistant really took their time and effort with me. Her skills really shone through her work. The atmosphere was great as well. Michelle was so kind and improvised wonderfully with the limited knowledge of what I wanted in a haircut. A million dollar haircut/style indeed!! It felt like a fun day with my big sis. Angelina is a dream stylist. She is hard-working, an expert in color and cut and makes you feel special in her space. I feel like this salon is a special little jewel box full of wonderful people and amazing energy.

Carla Burne is very knowledgeable about hair and whats todays newest styles. Expensive but well worth it... shes a great hairstylist!

I just had my third visit with Celina and I couldnt be happier. I was worried about finding someone I liked as well as my stylist in SF - I had nothing to worry about, because Celina has done a fantastic job matching my color, and it holds up better than it ever has before. This time I was also looking for something different with the cut - again, what she did was perfect for my hair and for me. Everyone at the salon is friendly and seems to do good work. What a great find!

Deeda gives excellent professional customer service. The building is beautiful. The products are top quality. Ive been coming to see the artist Grey for a while now. I have seen improvement in the health of my hair. It is definitely more voluminous. My hair has gone from ho-hum to sexy. Make an appointment today.

My friend did a lot of research on salons and finally found this one! I was so happy because I had been looking for a salon as well so I decided to go with her choice. Her appt was on June 3, and mine was June 4th with Christopher. I went to my first consultation and he was so amazing and even did a treatment on my hair. I wish I could screen shot my multiple scheduling attempts with them. They called me to CANCEL my appt I scheduled since May 14th, and rescheduled it to June the 10th because they made a scheduling error and he was not there on Sundays. I was upset but mistakes happen all the time so I let it go and rescheduled another weekend. On June 10 I was so excited checked Into deeda with a smile so happy for them to tell me Christopher was no longer working there! they didnt call me to inform me of the change!! You know what their excuse was ?? Christopher was suppose to call his clients to inform they of his resignation. ??Really ummm last time I checked I called dedda for an appt not him . Well that was not fair for me as a first time client. As having experience on a business thats not how I would handle the situation at all. I would call all of his clients and make sure he did this because ultimately they are deddas customers and why would he just take them?? Of course they didnt fit me in at all or offer me any water to calm down or anything. They were very apologetic but come on put yourself in my shoes how calm would u be? They told me were Christopher worked the MAVERICK salon which is amazing by the way He reconfirmed what I already knew... he didnt want to take Deddas clients but did let his long time customers know about his move and left the decision to them. He told deeda of this and let them to take care of their customers. He was very apologetic but with actions MAVERICK salon worked me in to their already busy schedule offered me water tea and wine omg they are the sweetest and took full responsibility of anothers salon error and gave me a discount. Things happen for a reason. This experience was horrible and I write this so I can just let you know dedda that even if you let me drive off crying the light was at the end of the tunnel and I got taken care of at MAVERICKs by Christopher which was so nice and apologetic with actions and not just words.. oh and by the way the salon that u referred me to by the way because you were sorry couldnt work me in that day either. I know I am just one customer and dont matter in your books but somewhere I matter and thats at MAVERICKs and this one customer will continue with their business. So thanks so much for your error..
