I love the fact that they prioritize customers with appointments over walk-in customers and, that they encourage people without appointments to go online and make a habit of booking. I was a walk in. They took me in right away. They lady was nice and friendly. Asked me what i wanted. Told her to keep my natural shape and do a clean up. I like that she went bit by bit and kept showing and asking if all was going well. I rather have to tell her to take out more then look in the mirror and see chunk of my eye brow missing. When it comes to pain, i am a baby. She was very patient with me. I loved the end result.

Sometimes getting my eyebrows done is hit or miss. Most of the time when I come here, I am pleasantly surprised. I have to remember to tell them exactly what I want, and thats when I am satisfied. Customer service is great!

Rajwant was so friendly it felt as if I was talking to a friend. She always keeps my brow shape the way I like it and thick. I would always recommend coming here to have beautiful brows and great service, not to mention how inexpensive their services are.

My brows are uneven on the bottom and the right one wasn’t cut with scissors enough. There’s still too long of hairs left.

Picture day was coming up in about 2 days and I was stressed about getting my eyebrows threaded. This was my first time coming to this Beauty by Thread and it was amazing. I had Gagan do my eyebrows and it didn’t even hurt. My brows looked extremely neat and well shaped. I was so satisfied, I’m definitely coming back again.

I get my eyebrows done in 8231 Timberlake Way, Sacramento, CA 95823 but this time they messed up my eyebrow. I told the person who did my eyebrows, to just do grooming/cleaning and not to touch the actual shape but she took a lot of hair from my left eyebrow from the center and making a huge gap. It totally changed my eyebrow shape. I am so mad and upset about it and every day now I struggle to put eyebrow pencil on and try to make them even. I feel so helpless and mugged. I feel like she did not take her customer seriously and cannot understand how much stress it can cause if someone eyebrows are messed up. Please, people working in the beauty by thread try to take every customer seriously and listen to them to see what kind of service they are asking for. Please do not judge customer if they speak Punjabi and if their name is very Indian that they do not know any English or do not understand if you mess up there eyebrows. First, she messed up my eyebrow and then try to explain to me how the shape needs to be. I am 46 years old and I am having my eyebrows done since I was 17 and seen thousands of eyebrows youtube (IN ENGLISH) on how the eyebrow shape is done. Very poor service given and the worst part is you cannot do anything about it. They need to understand that sometimes hair pulled out of the eyebrows do not grow back or will take forever to come back especially at my age. I never give bad reviews for any service but this time I have to. Sorry but feel the pain of the person whose eyebrows are messed up. This time sorry no star to give but I have to in order to save the rating.

Super impressed with how Gagan did my eyebrows during my visit. She was fast, efficient, and asked me how I wanted my eyebrows shaped. She got my arches perfect which rarely happens and I liked the way she massaged the cooling gel into my forehead. Would go to her again!

Had an dr. appointment at 230 got there at 220 they signed me up as a new patient and was done by 228 made it to my appointment down the street on time. Fast and friendly. Definitely will be coming again. She even asked many times if I was okay since it was my first time getting them threaded. 10 dollars well spent.

Sejal was great! Ive had her a couple times before and shes done better and better each time. I was really happy with how she did my eyebrows. I tend to fidget due to the pain (I really dont go as often as I probably should in order for me to get used to it) so I felt bad that she had to deal with that. She did awesome though. Samina, time and time again, has exceeded my expectations. I recieved services for a full face threading. This was my first time and I’ve only ever gotten my upper lip and eyebrows done. My skin is sensitive and my eyes watered constantly during the process. It wasn’t anything she did, I just have a low pain threshold. She was so gentle and patient, and she very much tried making it as comfortable for me as possible. She would let me take frequent breaks to recompose myself. The after results were phenomenal! She shaped my eyebrows beautifully (I’ve been to several threading places, she’s the only one I trust to do my brows) and ones the redness subsided, my skin was beautiful and smooth! She always provides me with excellent service and am always 100% satisfied. :)

Been going for years and today Grupeet was horrible. Never will go back. She just didnt want to service me or my daughter using the 1 have to take a 15 or 10 min break so she said not to wait...what is that!! She needs to find a job she likes if she doesnt want to do peoples eyebrows.
