Always a positive atmosphere

Only been coming here for a month, but already regret not finding this place sooner! Really great gym and the owner is awesome. Everyday I find some new piece of equipment that I want to incorporate into my workouts.

I love this gym, it is like my second home! I have been going here for over 6 years! The owner Aj is an amazing trainer too!
