After writing my original review regarding my initial Community w Gutter Logic. I felt I had to follow up. Someone from the company responded to my original review and suggested I give the Manager of the Rochester, Buffalo a call. Mgr Alan addressed my concerns immediately. The customer service I received from Alan was great! Alan went above and beyond. Due to my work schedule, Alan was willing to communicate w me via text on many occasions. He answered every question I had and didn’t belittle me because I am not knowledgeable of certain terms etc regarding gutters. He always got back to me. He was honest and upfront with the work. I was unavailable when the work began, yet before omitting the additional work/money. Alan made sure someone from the company contact me as well as received an okay from my brother in my absence. Upon return home, looking at the finished project, I was satisfied. (keep in mind, I know nothing about gutters) I would recommend Gutter Logic to friends, family and colleagues.

The sales team was amazing, as well as the product, however the service team was not, I paid for new gutters on the top level of the house, when I came home the entire house was done, and the drain spouts were cracked, the service team kept asking if I would pay more because they used more material, I was only able to pay the agreed amount. They also moved my satellite on the roof, and I had no TV for a week, as they kept telling me to call my cable company. Again the Company and sales team were amazing, but the service was not.

Great product and installation team! I have a Tesla solar roof and had difficulty finding someone to install new gutters, gutter guards and downspouts. Gutter Dome turned out to be a great solution for me. The installation was done very professionally. The installer Dan was very hard working and did an excellent job especially in dealing with installing on the glass solar tiles.

From start (requesting information through HomeAdvisor) to finish (signing off on the job after installation was done), every step of this process was easy. Each person I spoke with was friendly and professional and provided helpful advice...without trying to push us into something we didnt need. In addition, everyone practiced appropriate distancing and wore a mask when speaking with us. The quality of the materials appears to be excellent, and the aesthetic improvement over our old gutters is huge. I high recommend this company for anyone needing new gutters.

We had all gutters replaced.They did a great job with demi. The installers were very diligent working into the night on finishing our job. This father and son team were very professional and easy to communicate with. They worked with great attention to detail of what we were requesting. Hard working and genuine people. A little expensive. Arrived as scheduled. Installed gutters. They look good. Waterfowl over the top into deck under heavy circumstances. Look good. Worked hard and left property clean.

I was given an install date. No show. I called and was given another install dare. No show and no customer service.

The crew was very efficient and professional. The product itself looks and works extremely well and has great curb appeal. Not having to clean out the gutters ever again is a great benefit. Thank you!

My experience with Gutter Dome was 5-stars across the board ~ from the prompt and courteous receptionist, who actually arranged for the sales estimator to come on the day I called ~ to the installer who efficiently completed the entire installation in two hours. Steve, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable about his companys products and worked with me on negotiating a reasonable price point for investing in their high quality gutter guards. Its kind of gutsy & kind of clever for a sales rep to show a potential customer sample products from all of their competitors but that full disclosure is what I appreciated most. The installer, who came on the next business day, even asked if there was anything he could do before he left to meet my satisfaction. I boldly asked if he c/would wipe the smut off the underside of my white gutters, which he promptly did. Now thats responsiveness, punctuality, quality, and value worthy of 5 stars.

Got a call from them to provide an estimate. Could not schedule for a week. Was willing to wait. Received confirmation call the day before appt. Morning of appt no one showed. Called 45 minutes after initial appointment and was told someone would call back. Called 1 hr 45 minutes after appt and was told rep could not make it. Pretty lame, when someone calls in sick, and company makes no effort to notify customers.

All of the above are important to me. Replacing the gutters are very expensive. To have individuals behind this company who care, attentive, responsive and go out of their way to fix the issue are characters that are hard to come by. I will surely use them again down the line.

Replaced my gutters with new gutters. My old gutters were old and improperly installed causing damage to my house.

I waited over a month and a half after the installation before I filled out this survey. I wanted to give the company ample time to address my concerns but they have been nonresponsive.I hire GutterDome to install gutter screens. I was told that I did not need to be home for the installation as long as I came at the end of the day and gave the installer a check.When I arrived home the installer had completed the job and was waiting on me. He had forms for me to sign but I wanted to inspect the work before I signed anything. This product cost me several thousand dollars and I wanted to see the finished job. My advise to any would be customers, take the time to get your ladder out and check the workmanship of the installation.I made my concerns about the job known to the installer and I also made them known to the company by my comments on the survey provided by the installer. The company sent a representative out a few days after the installation to check the job based on my comments. After the representative inspected the job he concurred with my assessment and assured me the issued come be remedied and would call to schedule a time. To date I have not received a call. At this point I cannot recommend this company to any of my friends or relatives. Again my grievance is with the workmanship of the installation, not the product itself.

These guards are better than most but a waist of money. They trap debris which causes the rainwater to run over gutter leaving black streaking from the spillover water pouring over in valley areas. You may not have to have your gutters cleaned, but someone is going to have to clean the screens and the face.

Very poor. They didnt clean up anything from cleaning the gutters. Everything was left in the flower beds, driveway, street gutter and lawn. Not pleased with the quality of work.

Steven was very knowledgeable about the gutters and was very professional. He answered all my questions and gave me a good price and quick service.

GutterDome does not honor their warranty . I have made several attempts to have warranty work done on my GutterDome gutter guards. Called California home office and was given a number to call, finally had a service team show up. They addressed half of the problems and left by driving across my lawn. Then I received an invoice for the service call. After a very nasty phone call from a Gutter Logic manager.

Installer was pleasant and quick about the install. Left the work areaclean. I dont know if I paid too much, since I contracted the job at the SENIOR section at the County Fair. Overall I feel better that my two dollar gutters installed by home builder will not get clogged up anymore.

Gutter Dome handled our project in a timely and professional manner. The installer did a good job working with the various parts of our roof edges and gutters to ensure a quality installation. Our 3rd story proved to be a challenge, but they took care of it, no problem! The product itself is very good, and its kept all debris from entering our gutters.

This is not an inexpensive product, I chose it because it appears to top of the line. The sales gal, Heather was great at the sales presentation. Installer was not, left a huge mess, owner or manager came out two days later cleaned up a bit, haven’t heard from him since. Installer commented that sales promises and actual install are different, beware of that little trick. For the price I expected quality service. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CLARIFY YOUR EXPECTATIONS FROM SALES PRESENTATION WITH THE INSTALLER BEFORE WORK BEGINS. Truthfully I won’t know if the prude to is as good as it says until we go through a full rainy season, which is months away.

Very professional sales and installation. Compared alternative products and explained Gutter Dome properties - made it an easy decision. Installer answered all my questions and completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything before leaving.

The gutter themselves were done very nicely. The only issue I had was with the down spout on the front of my house where I have a rock wall. The workers tried to put a screw through the masonry, they couldnt so they just let the down spout hang loose without enough support screws. The heat cable was done just fine. Something has to be done about the down spout though.

They have the top of the line gutter guard because its all aluminum with stainless steel mesh. No plastic parts. The installation was hampered by the end of roof overhang that did not allow placement of these solid guards requiring us to go with new gutters with a pitch to accomodate the solid gutterdome guards. It would have been good to know beforehand that new gutters were needed for installation but they gave us big discount on new gutters and downspouts and the whole set up is strong and solid and worth the money. These guards are the BEST.

I was impressed with the quality of the product thanks to Jason, the sales rep. Installation went very smoothly thanks to Anthony, the installer. Im looking forward to worry-free, outstanding product performance during winters rains.

Very horrible experience with this company. Between the sales rep and the installer, this was an awful experience. Sales rep made it seem like I was going to get everything I signed up for. That was far from the truth. The installer showed up late everyday he was here. He worked until dark and messed up in a couple of spots and it took me weeks to get someone to contact me back. Then they send the same guy out to fix the small issues and he refused to move a downspout that I had originally told him and the sales rep I wanted moved from one spot to another. Just inexcusable and unprofessional work all around in the company, from one aspect to another.

Very professional organization, professional staff, good product! The salesman was great, explaining and demonstrating options; the installer was very professional and left the work site immaculate! Ill know more after the stormy winters!

Took longer then expected. Scheduled a start date three times before the work started. Then they sent only one worker so it took two days to complete.

After review, I finally got a call and issue was resolved. Prior to that: Have called repeatedly to get someone to come out to correct issue. Being ignored. New gutter and dome do not work as they say. I have water rolling over the dome and soaking my deck.A year after my revised review, I got comment. Well, my update is that these domes dont work as they promise. Even after adjustments. I was told that my roof eaves where problem. Funny didnt have this problem with other leaf guards. Dont waste your money on these over-priced sheets of screen material.

My gutters seem to work all right except for the places where they were damaged during whatever Daniel was doing up there and where theyre leaking I thought you were going to call me one of these days Id really like to have the job I paid for

Daniel did most of the installation. He did very nice work. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient. Rick also explained the product to us well. We appreciate their service very much.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!I called after seeing their flyer in a home magazine that came in the mail. I got prompt service & rick came out to the house. All though he wasnt pushy he wasnt interested in what he could do for us but what we could do for him. I say this because after his pitch, along with purchase & an install on a Sunday. I learned that the product was being sold by his competitors was half what we are paying. Now that is on us :( Since the install the rains came & left. We were looking at another project which mades us look at the roof line. It is lifted in several areas from the product that was installed by Dan on the Sunday the week before. We have tried calling Rick at the cell number he gave to learn that the voice mail hasnt been set up & he doesnt answer his phone. Ive called the installer & left a message with no return call. Ive called the office number left messages that included the problem & the date. My husband has made multiple calls to all numbers left for us. We have yet to hear back from anyone. If we ever hear back I will update this but for now its a waste of your time!If you dont care how much something costs & poor/obsolete customer service, then this is your company. But all of us want a quality product, a great install along with receptive customer service. This company isnt any of those things. They got their money & we got the HUGE bill with defective install which will ruin our roof of 4 years. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!

Whole event was done quickly and in a timely matter. Everyone involved was friendly and professional. However, its July on Sacramento. Itll be a few months before I see how well the product works.

Estimator didnt know what he was doing.

Gutter is leaking and they messed up on measuring the gutter. And i called and i spoke to the guy who installed the gutter and he keep telling me that his coming over to fix it but he never show-up. It’s been a month now.i should get other company instead of this people!!!

6 Hours late to put up the gutters, No car that they were going to be late.No dome on the gutters that I can see. Had to tell them to take the old material with them.Not very good customer service at allBilly Ray

The installer was remarkably hard working and thorough.

Exspensive as hellill reserve my opnion till it rains..Installer did a good job but was shocked that it was just one guy with no help, no safetey harnesses or eaen a hard hat!
