I must say I love this place&the customer service is amazing. As long as you communicate with them they are very understanding &will work with you! They have treated me like family &I will continue to give them my business!!

So I had a payment due, mind you that it has not even been a week late but they were constantly calling my phone, leaving text messages and voicemails. I understand my payment is late but they themselves are not understanding. Reason my payment was late was because I got into a car accident & fell into a coma for 3 days and been in the hospital since. How would I have been able to pay my bill in a coma? What I found rude was they show up to my house & demanding my boyfriend $86 payment (which he has no clue of) or they will involve the police. PLUS THIS IS THE FIRST TIME EVER BEING LATE ON A PAYMENT! Even if you’re only an hour late on your payment they are constantly blowing up your phone and showing up to your home. Very annoying. After this I just can’t wait to pay off my items because I seriously will not be coming here ever again.

Great Staff, Great Service

This company is shameful. They expect you to understand their protocols, when in fact they don’t communicate with corporate office. I made a payment arrangement through corporate, but despite the fact I’m in quarantine, somebody came knocking at my door.He told me I shouldn’t have contacted corporate. My question is, how am I supposed to know that? It’s not responsible, in a pandemic, to go to someone’s home when they are in quarantine. Argumentative and unprofessional.

Justice and his staff will give you excellent customer service. If you pay your purchases off in 90 days or less they are very inexpensive. What I like best is that you can return items that dont work out for your home. Their electronics are very good too and it is nice because you get technical support from them and can just exchange a black screen. If you travel you can rent one for a week or two and leave your stuff at home. My only caution is to make sure you have insurance because you are responsible for the entire cost if it is lost or stolen!

The staff has been very helpful with accommodating my needs. The original sectional couch I ordered wouldn’t fit my livingroom or doorway and I had to send them back with it. So I went in next day and they looked online and at other locations until they found what I wanted and liked to fit my livingroom. The manager Jacob at Northgate is awesome so is Dale, Andre and the other guy who was working today. They all were great friendly and got me what i néeded. You guys are awesome. I got bunk beds for my daughter

It was great when I bought my washer and dryer got a great deal then I found the clothes out on a adjustable bed with a memory foam mattress and its been one problem after the other they still after 2 weeks have not come to deliver and fix the broken and missing slats underneath my bed they sold me an 8 inch foam mattress not memory foam the mattress I saw on the showroom for closeout was at least 10 inches and it was memory foam Im very unhappy with them right now

They sold my 75 year old aunt an infested bed bug ridden recliner. They sent out a pest control 2 weeks later after we had the whole apartment treated. We will be calling our news station I took video of the infestation. Do not buy from this store. They only have used furniture.

The manager @ the Florin Rd office was helpful and considerate . And he even called a couple of weeks later to see if all is going well with our stackable . See for yourself, youll be pleased .

I came in on March 13th, payed for a washer & dryer set. Was told it would be delivered Tuesday March 19th. The driver never came, so I called and was told the truck broke down coming back from Stockton and it would be delivered the next day on the 20th, I waited & still no driver. I waited until Friday the 22nd & I called RAC to be told that they have been trying to reach me (mind you I have rented with them before and my number has been the same for the past 7 years) anyways after that excuse didnt work the told me that my file was incomplete & they needed more documentation. I told them how unprofessional it was & how I am going to decline the washer & dryer, I will look some place else & I want my refund. Then the guy tells me that he found my file. By then I was fed up. Honestly I think they just forgot about me. Definitely would not recommend.

This is a very nice, place to get furniture& Appliance&Tv, games& etc.( Rental.I use them for the last 12 years.90 days to pay or contiune a monty payment.Low.
