Michelle DeLong went above and beyond for several people who were involved in the transaction. Shes by far the best in the business!

What ever you do, do not work with Michelle Schultz, she made the transaction so difficult from the beginning. I cant express enough words how difficult she is to work with. I do not recommend her to any other realtors or loan officers. if you need more information, please do not hesitate to call me. Put it this way the transaction could have closed had she issued me the required items/conditions to close.

In California, the buyer determines which title company is too be used. When I told this title company we were not using them and to transfer it, they did not. Be careful, this is an unethical group.

Whatever you do, DONT EVER CHOOSE this company-EVER!!. They will send out confidential payments to the wrong vendors and pay them. Wrong banks were paid. 7 months later we are still working with these people, to get our money back from THEIR MASSIVE SCREW UP. HAD to file a police report on this. I think it might be time to get a lawyer involved in this. My poor parents who are elderly are getting shiested by these people.

Straight to the point!! I was promised a check which I did not received After closing! The direct manager admit that they were at fault however wasn’t willing to provide me what was promised. So instead they offered me a gift card for there wrong doing! However they offer me $100 gift card to Amazon, which is definitely not the same value from what I was promised! The gift card is just a slap in my face!I’m just very shocked how they handle this situation! Admitting that you’re at fault but not willing to fix it!

Michelle DeLong, their manager is extremely rude. Not willing to help much. Spoke to her assistant and was told Michelle is in a conference call when I could clearly hear her in the background telling her assistant how to answer my question.

Had a horrible experience with the title company. They incorrectly sent wrong estimates to our lender. They quoted $700 but the price tripled without any reason given. On top of that everything was done last minute and no communication from the company. I had to contact them to set up an appointment multiple times. Really poorly execution and made purchasing a home a horrible experience. If you can search for another company, I highly recommend doing this in the beginning and change to one that is more reliable.On a positive note, Gloria who did our notary was amazing!FOLLOW UP FOR THE OWNER:I sent an email after the response from the owner. Never heard back from the company.
