The customer service as excellent!The 36 inch trencher worked pretty well, and I would definitely rent from them again!

Slowest people I have ever met.

Did an Internet pick up order of 368 items. Rented their truck, required multiple trips to get all to the site. Dan, Tara, Liz, Jimenea, were out standing. The Tool Guys most helpful with the truck. Eric, Patrick and the other fork truck guys that loaded the bags of gravel, concrete, trim brick...you saved my back! I was very impressed with the level of customer service. Thank you....now on to project 2.

Dont break your breaker..You pay thousand of money to repair it.I used buffer machine my houseWere tripped my breaker 5 times.The Guy work there. No greetings no smile.And didnt tell me the buffer its not good for resedential. Dint warning me about the buffer are consumed a lot of power.Just warning. Buffer machine will break your house. Dont rent it.And also the guy work there. He has bad service.I dont want back again.

Erik was rude and unpleasant. Ive been buying all my materials through this home depot for many years. He should be delt with in a proper way.
