I have had the unlucky circumstance to take 2 of my animals here for emergency pet care. But I was fortunate to have received some of the BEST care at VCA Mueller. I appreciate that Covid has upended very care for a lot of people and facilities, so emergency clinics have become their default care providers. My own situations were no exception as they happened during after hours or when my primary vet couldnt see my fuzzy. My first great experience with VCAM was when my dog was attacked at day care and had her throat punctured. They saw her immediately based on what we described had happened. I appreciated that they kept us in touch with the costs of exams, treatment plans and what to expect for her and for us in terms of post care. My pup came home tired and emotionally exhausted but feeling better within hours. My visit today was similar. I called with what I termed a faumergency because my cat is 20 years old, has kidney failure and was clearly showing signs of a weird mouth infection. Nothing life threatening, but her issue made me concerned enough to want it to be seen. A couple of other places told me they would not take her because it wasnt life threatening and that I should wait until Monday and call my vet. But VCAM said they would see her, and if I came now it would be a wait but they would see her.I hustled over there and was able to call in the parking lot and check in easily. Its great that they offer online payment and health questionnaire options because it makes it easier to handle immediately rather than wait to do paperwork. The vet called after they took her in and asked me a lot of questions to eliminate potential issues, and then went over her exam findings and her treatment plan. I really really appreciate how much time and detail she shared because it not only assuaged my fears but also gave me the confidence that I had done the right thing in bringing her in, and that while it wasnt life threatening it was critical to get her seen as soon as possible.Thank you to the staff at VCA Mueller for the great emergency care they’ve provided to our fuzzy family members.

We’ve been bringing our two dogs to Mueller’s since they were puppies. Expensive but good and reliable, until now. One of our dogs had an emergency. We called and were told to come in . When we arrived, we were told no doctors were available at all and to go somewhere else. That’s the last of Mueller’s for us.

We have been taking our dogs to Mueller Pet Medical Center for over 16 years with no complaints until now. We brought our snickers in today and was informed the emergency hospital was not opened could not help. No empathy from the Lady at the front counter she asked us do you have an account here? Seriously. Mueller should work on their hospitality skills and compassion for people who walk in with sick pets. We went to VISTA VETERINARY, who helped us right away and the Staff was Kind and loving while we said goodbye to our Snickers of 16 years.

My dog Piggie came in to Mueller in the middle of the night this week feeling very sick. We’re glad to have him home with us again. This has been a super scary and anxiety inducing experience (he’s our first dog!!) And both doctors we worked with, and every technician I spoke to were incredibly compassionate. I had a lot of questions and worries and they were so patient with me through the whole ordeal. We hope to not need your emergency services again, but I am so grateful for your kindness and expertise.

I brought my 13 lb chihuahua in on a Friday night at 10:00 pm after noticing her face was super swollen. She was able to be seen right away. Although I couldnt go in with her (COVID-19 precautions). Dr. Krostoski called me and very calmly told me it looked like an allergic reaction. She received treatment and they monitored her for about an hour. She was released at about 1 am and looked so much better. I am so grateful for the amazing staff who made me feel like Coco was super special and for making her and myself feel comfortable. The cost for the visit was also super reasonable. I would 100% recommend bringing your pet here.

Saturday night my partner and I rushed our four year old cat to VCA Mueller Pet Medical Center in Sacramento. Ratatouille had managed to escape our catopia, outdoor cat enclosure that evening and went off exploring for a couple of hours. We found him hiding in the chicken coop, after suffering a severe predator attack of some sort. We knew he was in a lot of pain from his intense crying, and the visible puncture wounds. After xrays and assessments, we became aware how poor of shape he was in. Though it seemed grim, we felt our little guy was trying to hold on. The staff was amazing, (and always has been the past 8 years that weve been going there with multiple pets). Everyone from the front desk, to the techs, office staff and vets share a passion for the well being of the animals that they treat. Dr. Reget is our primary, and we were lucky enough to have him lead the care that saved Ratatouilles life this week. We didnt know what the outcome would be, but we knew from previous experiences with Dr. Reget, that our cat was in incredible hands, and therefore he really did have a fighting chance. Dr. Reget never gave up hope, nor gave us false hope, but we never doubted his efforts in attempting to help our cat pull through. It took a great deal of team work from the hospital staff including a blood transfusion, feeding tube and leg amputation. After 5 nights in critical care, Ratatouille was finally able to come home last night. He is absolutely thriving! We cannot predict what or when we may find ourselves with one of our beloved pets needing urgent care, but we are fortunate enough to know of Mueller. Ive recommended this animal hospital to friends and family over the years and I couldnt imagine chancing a pet emergency anywhere else. Thank you so much Mueller and the entire Mueller team.

This Vet actually cares. My dog Snow had closed pyometra and needed the immediate surgery. Even though everything went smoothly she passed away 5 days later most likely due to a blood clot. The surgery was not cheap but VCA Mueller understands what its like to have a huge financial burden without your pet being there with you and did everything possible to help us out. I cant thank them enough for the 5 extra days we got to spend with our fur baby. ❤️

I brought my dog here a few years ago due to vomiting a few times. I told them there was no intentional blockage yet they did an X-ray and a bunch of other tests without my consent. My bill was over $700. Fortunately we have a care credit card but it put me and wife in a tough situation having to deal with the balance. It would have been nice if they informed me on the cost of all the tests and asked if I wanted to have it all done.

She had pyometra surgery in November and then needed her leg amputated in January due to a massive tumor. Both surgeries went amazing. The cost of the amputation came out way less than quoted too which was a relief. She is 11 years old and has adapted quickly to missing a front leg. Thanks everyone at VCA

Very friendly caring staff, the vets will call you on the phone (you wait in the car with Covid) and take their time with treatment plans and answer questions. No push for spending too much but reasonable solutions and you feel comfortable paying for the treatment they receive. Highly recommend. (The other night I came and no answer on the phone so I left. Came to find out the next morning they were open but in a surgery. So be patient because it is a 24 emergency hospital.)

Felica and Carolyn seem to do what they want without supervisors around after hours. They said there is no one else to speak to. I called to request 3 lasix tabs for my Chihuahua with CHF until the morning refill at Costco. I was told that i needed to wait 24-48 hrs for a response by Carolyn or I could come for an emergency visit. I called later and Felicia told me she was overwhelmed with emergencies and was too busy to fill my 3 lasix tabs to get him through the night. She said she would have them ready in the morning. In the last year staff have been pretty good about extending a couple of tabs costing me the sum of a Costco refill but worth it. I started coming here when my Brown Chihuahua developed CHF and close to euthanizing but they pulled him through. They gave him a year and he is still with us. I only come here because they are a 24hr hospital but with staff like this i will have to find another hospital when I get a new puppy even if i have to drive to the next town. During this Covid pandemic its totaly unnecessary to be this way to a pet customer. This behavior shows they dont care!

We drove from carmichael 25 minutes to this clinic. We were asked to call when we arrived which we did from the parking lot only to be told that they couldnt see us because they had only one doctor who was in an emergency surgery. It’s been a month and a half since my baby passed away at this hospital. She was bit by another dog and she was bleeding a lot. Anyways we took her to this hospital which took forever to get to but there was no other close by emergency hospital opened 24/7. But once we got her. The front lady was talking to the medics who was performing “CPR” on my baby and they were asking for approval and they would not get it until I pay 500$. Later I would find out in the next five minutes or even less that she had passed. She fought so hard only to be taken away. I miss her til this day and I hate how this hospital waited for that payment before CPR and not after. That truly shows that they only cared for profit. And my baby still had not survived. Yet they could have refunded the money cause they were not able to keep my baby alive. Everytime I think of this hospital I get traumatized all over again. The worse experience I ever had. I’m not one to write reviews but I’m just so emotional over what happened. I can’t forget about my little baby. She was only 1 yrs old...Btw I hope your happy stealing money from my family! We are also not that wealthy. There should be options for low income too! 500$ is way to much to ask for but since your a business you profit off that. I don’t think I can deal with big corporates. My kitty Gizmo just passed away from a thyroid condition. He had been on medication for it for just over a year and was under the care of Dr. Elliot at the Mueller Veterinary Hospital on Freeport. Unfortunately, Dr. Elliot has moved on since Mueller Vet Hospital has changed hands and I will miss him. I had a not so good experience when I took Gizmo in to Mueller’s to end his suffering. I’m sorry to say that I felt as though I was being fleeced by their policies. He was suffering horribly and close to death. Because they couldn’t “fit him in on the regular schedule” I had to come in through the “emergency entrance.” So instead of a regular office visit charge of $55.00 I was charged $105.00. I don’t see why they should do that. They didn’t behave as though it was an emergency. They knew there was nothing they could do for him. And even though Gizmo was in excruciating pain and yowling like crazy, they still made us wait for over a half hour to be seen. Then they charged me for the euthanasia for a small animal which was $107.89 and care of the deceased for $53.53. So I am crying my heart out because my baby is gone and I get slammed with a $266.42 bill. It would have been double if I had fallen for their sales pitch for Gizmo’s ashes in a box. What a racket. I wish there could have been a way to end his suffering without having to go into debt. Just wanted to spread the word in case you ever have a similar situation. You might want to “shop around” if you know your beloved pet is nearing his/her end and you don’t want him to suffer. And you don’t want to get fleeced.

The vet I chose for my dogs is very good; the doctors seem very caring, attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful. There are some staff and the hospital manager who are not so honest to customers, can even be hostile and deflect the customers issue as if it were something else and do not give full and complete information in order for the pet parents to make appropriate decisions about the care of their pet(s). In essence, some staff seem to have a disrespectful attitude in general towards others and expect others to just go along with their agenda regardless of whether or not it is something you would want if you were provided adequate and honest information. I have seen this in some of the other reviews and I can attest that I have experienced total BS from some of the staff just because it seems to give them a false sense of power thereby utilizing circumstances entirely inappropriate to their self-centered cause and usurping the rights of pet owners to make correct decisions in dealing with sometimes critical health and/or pet care circumstances.

They kept him for two days and i appreciate the tests, but they quoted me $509 dollars and when I went to pick him up (for home hospice care) it was $1850. They told me he had a week, a month. Well I had to wait nearly two hours to pay and pick him up. When I finally got him, he was still panting. I took him home and he died at 10pm and he suffered. THere was no where to take him. If a dog is in a bad way when you discharge him, at least give some meds, like tranquilizers or something! to help him pass without suffering. I hate these people. There was no reason for this. There was no reason for my dog to suffer like that. THey are incompetent and cruel.

Over the last 40 yrs, and many animals with a large share of rescues, I have spent a good deal of my life visiting vet hospitals. Last night, I had an emergency with one of my dogs. This time, instead of going to the closer facility and once again being less that satisfied with the experience, I decided to drive a bit to this facility. Not only am I very glad that I did; I cannot say enough good things about Mueller pet medical Center. Every one of the staff was kind, knowledgeable and professional. Of course in an emergency room, there is usually some waiting as cases came in of varying priority. But from what I observed, their decisions were well done. I was very impressed with how they handled my wary cattle dog. Rather than run for a muzzle, they put her right at ease. Everyone there had great animal sense. The staff and the vet communicated everything about my dogs case and I never felt out of the loop. The vet explained everything. The vet was very competent and despite being very busy was attentive and kind to my dog. I feel very good about our visit and my dog was very relieved to have the foxtail removed from her nose! If I could give zero stars, I would. After years of passable service, Muellers customer service and patient care has steadily declined. I stayed with Mueller for years because I liked that they were open 24/7, and I appreciated the fact that I could bring my pets in on emergency basis if needed. However the long wait times completely negate this benefit. I am the first person to understand that when emergencies arise, they take priority. I absolutely dont mind waiting if an emergency situation needs to take precedence. However, every scheduled appointment that we have ever had has taken at least 2 hours to complete, regardless of whether an emergency is being tended to or not. And thats after waiting 30 to 45 minutes after a scheduled appointment time to even be taken back by the technician. When asked as to why an appointment is taking so long, I have been told countless times over the years by doctors and staff that the facility is under-staffed. If this is such an issue and is leading to increasingly ridiculous wait times, I think its probably time to hire more staff. While the doctors have always been kind and professional, the newer technician staff members have continually presented themselves in an unprofessional manner. They seem rather clueless about company procedures and/or how to present oneself to the public.Aside from the wait times, I have had multiple vaccinations completely skipped during appointments for each of our three animals. Each animal has been brought in for heath related concerns only to have vaccinations that are passed due, due, and/or soon to be due completely ignored. Because of this, we have had to pay additional fees for examinations that could have been done at the time of the earlier visit and have had to spend more hours waiting to be seen. Such a waste of time and money. I was only made aware of these past due vaccination when I have gone to board my dogs before a trip and the boarding facility was unable to take them because of lapsed vaccinations. After having always sent in confirmation of rabies vaccines to the City in the past, they are apparently no longer doing this themselves anymore. And of course they failed to communicate that to me, so I was unaware that I needed to provide this information myself, resulting in a correctable fine. After writing a email to voice these concerns to the head of customer relations, Violetta, I received no response, making it clear that Mueller does not care at all about customer experience or satisfaction. And because of that, I have a hard time believing they truly care about the wellbeing of the animals. I want to see a vet that I know cares about their customers, and more importantly, their patients. I have switched to Sacramento Animal Hospital, and they have been phenomenal in all aspects. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the wait times are fraction of what they are at Mueller. If youre unhappy with Mueller, try SAH!

Roughly a month ago, I brought my 10 year old dog to the Pet Inn to get groomed. After I picked my dog up, I began driving home. Once home, i noticed something on my dogs fur. Lo and behold, it was fecal matter. I called the Pet Inn and told them about what happened. All they offered me was a complementary bath for my dog. Bathing wasnt the issue. The fact that I brought my dog in to be clean, and leaving covered in poop, is the issue. I didnt pay almost 60$ to have my dog returned to me dirty. Katie (the groomer) kept denying the fact that there was poop on my dog, only because my dog did not have an accident in the kennel while she was waiting for me to pick her up. I settled and arranged to have the comp bathing for my dog, I decided to wait as I figured a bath wouldnt take long. While waiting, I asked the front staff if I could talk to the manager on duty. Without any hesitation, she quickly responded with the manager is busy I told them that I could wait until they werent busy. I waited over 2 hours. In waiting for my dog to get bathed and the manager to speak to me. None of which happened in a timely manner. As I was leaving, I once again asked the front desk if I could speak to the manager, they took down my name and number and weeks later, no response. We want to Thank you very much, and we can assure that it is a wonderful place for your beloved pets.

It was an emergency potentially life threatening situation for my cat. Not only did they get my cat in right away, but they made me feel right at home. They took the time to explain why they were doing the tests they were doing and assured me my cats health would be taken of and he was in good hands. They were able to save him. Fantastic staff!

Ive been going to Mueller for years. During the down economy I compared prices and found that they are not that much higher. When they are more expensive, such as teeth cleaning, they usually offer more services and safety.Their new place is amazing. You feel like your pets matter to them as theyve built such a professional and beautiful hospital.

This is truly an amazing Pet Medical Center! The staff is so friendly, accommodating, and understanding. This new center is truly state of the art and because they have the best Vets and Technical staff in the area, they were able to save my dogs life....twice! Unfortunately my dog was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer which they were quickly able to diagnose and they have access to the best specialists around. They administered emergency medical care that saved her life and also allowed me to spend quality time with her without breaking the bank $$, due to unnecessary or costly procedures that would not give my dog the quality of life she deserves. Take your pets here and be assured your getting the best pet care in Sacramento!! Also, their boarding is awesome.....my cat actually liked it too!

Mueller Pet Medical Center has been taking care of our dogs and cats for many years and there is a reason we continue to entrust them with our family members. The doctors are all caring, dedicated people and their staff is simply amazing. I have been coming to Mueller for over 30 years. And I highly recommend this Veterinarian Clinic. All the doctors are amazing, my doctor is Dr. Cutara and he has been taking care of my animals for over 13 years. He is absolutely amazing. I like the fact that they are open 24 hours a day therefore, you can always have comfort knowing that someone is always there for your beautiful four-legged children. One of my dogs Winter was recently very sick. And he was in the hospital for 3 days. They let me stay with him in a certain room for all the three days that he was there. This meant the world to me. The veterinarian technicians are also very compassionate. They take such good care of the animals. When you walk into the lobby you are always greeted with a smile from the team who works behind the desk. They are all very kind.I cant say enough about Mueller. Theyre the best. Winter waiting for Dr. Cutara for his six-month check-up.

We took our dog to the vet at 2AM because he had been throwing up all night. The staff was very responsive and welcoming, even at 2AM. The vet was very thorough in explaining to us that even though our dog had been throwing up, his other vitals were fine (fecal, breathing/heartrate, and he wasnt dehydrated). She gave us two options, a more conservative approach where he got fluids and anti nausea medicine, and an approach that consisted of x-rays, ultra sound and an overnight visit. She said it it didnt look like an obstruction and if it were her dog, she would opt the more conservative route, but ultimately it was up to us. I appreciated her thoroughness and ultimately we went with the more conservative approach, giving our dog a bland diet the next few days. The fluids really helped and so did the medicine. Three days later he is back to his normal self! Thanks everyone for taking care of Charlie!

Most positive reviews are from years ago, or for boarding and grooming. I had a good experience last time here. Now in here with true emergency..my dog can hardly breathe, I called in on way in, and the ONLY staff member was on and extended phone call.Additionally, I paid about $600 for visit with an x-ray. I was told my dog had a lung disease by vet, after being chastised for using a collar not a harness, and given some antibiotics.I called the next day, Monday, to find out what the person that was reading the x-rays said; which was there was no significant findings on the x-ray of his lungs. No one from Muller called to tell me the results of the x-rays. So I spent 24 hours researching things I could do for lung disease to find out my dog does not have lung disease!I called for a refill for the antibiotic and 24 hours have passed with no response. If you have to go to one of these chain stores please go to the one on Winery Road.

We had a terrible time with this vet facility. We took our pet dog Juicy to the emergency on this facility because her eye look infected. Not only the diagnosed was wrong on my dog, but they did not want to answer questions about her pregnancy.Days later the eye was in really bad shape and we turned the eyelid and a big foxtail came out. HOW DID THE VET MISS THIS? We place a review on this center and they called us asking to take the review off and they said that then they will do a refund so we did. They told us to contact Violeta, we did but she never called back. So today we called her and she instead said that they will only provided 10% discount of next visit. Not only they did not took care of the eye of our pregnant dog Juicy, but also they promise a refund if we took our review off, and once we did they back down. We hope that somehow headquarters of VCA, which we plan to write a letter about this, will be aware how they miss diagnosed the injured eye of Juicy, and how they lied about returning the money for this wrong diagnoses. Is just shocking that they came up with this 10% discount of a futur visit, which was informed by VIOLETA today, when they clearly told us if we take the review off then they will make the refund. Not only the Vet did something wrong but they waited until we took our review off to changed their mind.NOT a 2y to treat dogs neither to treat humans.

Everything is $$$$I miss the old Mueller where they actually cared about the animals and owners. I’ve gone to Mueller for 43 years and I’m done!

I took my boxer into emergency because his toe had swollen and he was limping and in a great deal of pain. The charge was 105.00 to be seen by a vet. The assistant took us in a room and did the normal thing and said that the doctor would be in to see him. I waited in this room for 1 hour and no vet came to see him. So we left and said that we were leaving because we were waiting to long. Well the assistant said that she did not think this was an emergency and there were 7 other emergency ahead of us and they see each one in the order of the emergency . I wonder when she got her vet license? I also told them to shove there 105.00 up there be behind ! Every since the owner retired the whole hospital has gone to hell. Great vets and tech but as soon as you leave and need to get an Rx filled it is the biggest headache ever. I have experienced at least 3 separate occasions where I called in a prescription and been told it was sent over only to find upon arrival to pharmacy that I needed to have a Vet visit first before the refill or that no one called at all.... Seems a follow up from initial visit that led to Rx would be something brought up before assuring you the Rx was called over and you drive across town to pick it up. There is never anyone working in the Pharmacy department, it just goes to voicemail and they tell you that it will be 12 hours before you receive any response if any at all.... I am on my last leg with them all because they cannot seem to staff their pharmacy dept adequately. Its a shame because the vets and techs are awesome but as soon as you leave its another story... I want to remain a client with all 3 of our animals here but the Rx process is so painful.

VCA Mueller Pet Medical Center and The Pet Inn at 7625 Freeport Blvd. This is a 24-hour hospital. I was extremely impressed. The doctor and staff were great. My cat ate garlic (on chicken) off my plate while I wasnt looking. The vets at Banfield said to get her to emergency right away. It turned out she hadnt digested enough to kill the little pig.My cat was fine but it was 7pm, an emergency, and it was an emergency hospital. I figured it would cost at least a couple hundred. Since it was nothing, the vet told them to give me the 1st time visit discount which came to the grand total of $55!!!! I am so used to being gouged by Petsmart, I didnt know going to a Vet could cost a reasonable amount. They didnt try to sell me anything like blood tests when it wasnt needed. I cant say the same for Petsmart. The place is clean and organized. All those who work there are efficient and professional. I even got my cats Rx refill extended for another year. I can get their food at Mueller (not the 17 lb. bag) or they also recommend Chewy. Yes, this is my Veterinarians office.

They also told us we had to keep doing blood work for meds. Also untrue. He had a extended belly and they told us he had fluid(without ultrasound or anything) they then took a needle to his belly. Turns out 6 months later he had warms. They just want your money. They do not care about our fur babies!! Please do not take your baby here!! They were so quick to kill our dog because of the money.as soon as they seen him and learned about his age he told us (without assessing him) they will put him down right now. I was in shock!! Update: Rest in peace to our son(fur baby) he lived until he was 13

My 7 year old Queensland heeler is very uneasy about strangers and very protective of me. He had what appeared to be cysts on his neck, and LA Riviera recommended Mueller as he has always had to be sedated for an exam. Dr. Charn recognized his behavior as protective and was able to examine him away from me without sedation. They turned out to be hot spots because of his double coat. The staff handled him so expertly and compassionately. Its the only vet who has treated him that seems to know the breed and their behavior. The price is very competitive, the building is amazing, and the staff is awesome. I will be bringing all of my animals here.

I went yesterday as my cat had a swollen leg. At first the waiting room wait was not that long and I was put into a room rather quickly. After the Vet tech did her initial look through, I sat for a bit before the same vet tech came back to look at my cats leg. Since my cat tried to bite his way from getting his temperature, she took him to the back room for her team to check him out. I did not mind this, yet a different vet tech brought him back to me. I never saw a doctor/vet. They said he needed an xray to make sure nothing was broken, and I agreed, not really sure if it was right thing to do but I was concerned for my cat. After 2 hours of waiting the same vet tech that brought him back into me came into the room saying those in the back were wondering where my cat was to do the xrays. Serious lack of communication. Even the vet tech confirmed that the person I had seen earlier went to lunch, giving paperwork to someone else but not communicating what was to be happening. After they finally took my cat back for the xray, which btw was unneeded, I waited in the waiting room instead of the little room they took us back to. After the xray and sedation they told me that my cat just had an inflammed muscle and gave us antibiotics for it. Thats not even the worst of it. I had told multiple people, multiple times that my cat is an INDOOR/OUTDOOR cat, and yet they still proceeded to clip his claws WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I should have said something there at the time I found out but I was more in sticker shock of the price of everything coming out to close to $600 dollars. The staff here is friendly but SERIOUSLY needs to work on their communication skills within their staff & with the customers.

I was there for almost 2 hours. 40 minutes in the lobby and the rest on check up table. Every time we have come here we have never seen the same doctor twice and have been given different doctors with different opinions and diagnosis. The first, and several visits after that. Bronso has never been diagnosed with a heart murmur. now all of a sudden severe heart murmur four different doctors for different diagnosis and with the amount of waiting time, and being ignored. I dont think this is the place for us times do change just this one was for the worst. Consistency is all I ask for. And they dont have it. Moving on. I was told the symptoms my cat was having WERE an EMERGENCY and to bring him in ASAP... a possible uterer blockage I was told- and tests must be run!! - but Id have to wait until Monday for the results (this was a Saturday evening/night).Monday came and went... Tuesday... Wednesday... Thursday... Weeks passed and now about a month has gone by and NOBODY EVER CALLED ME WITH THE URGENT TEST RESULTS - EVER! STILL, Tto this day, no call back, nofollow-up, NOTHING.Luckily my cat recovered on his own.I feel taken by this place.Seems legit, right? - treat an animal for NOTHING (BUT was TOLD they: did a sterile, needle recovery of urine, gave subcutaneous saline, and performed a UA at an off-site lab as well as painkillers and an anti-spam medication) but charged me $500! And couldnt even call me and give a BS answer as to what the results were!!!!I had called to ask if he was ready to be picked up after about 3 hours, since I had not yet heard anything. They said Oh, yes! He JUST got finished!I get back to the office which is in South Sacramento (a bit of a drive). I told the woman at reception I was there to get my cat. She said it would be just a minute and she left to the back office.I continued to sit and wait alone in the waiting room for over 45 minutes!I FINALLY had to walk around the building until I was able to pick up the staff members laughing in a back room.I proceeded to knock on the door and told her I have been waiting for close to an hour for my cat to be brought out!!They finally brought him out to me (it was now after 12midnight).Lo and behold, by the next morning he was perfectly fine!Didnt matter what the test said, apparently. He survived, but THEY certainly had NOTHING to do with it.~~~~DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING~~~~

I like that they are a 24 hr emergency hospital as well so if/when something happens they have all their records and history. I wish the some of the techs were a little less stressed and cold but I think they are very busy.Update: they have a new vet (new for us anyway) that I really like as well, Dr Woodall!
