I lost my baby over the weekend. I called Koefran as soon as they opened to ask about the cost and the process. The only response I received was that I needed to take her to the vet because they werent meeting with the public. There were no answers given and no information other than to go to a vet. Im from out of town and she is definitely deceased so the fact that they wouldnt even give me any information shows how poor their service is.

After losing our pet guinea pig, my daughter and I were devastated. We wanted to honor our pet and looked online for our options. I came across Koefrans site and saw that they could blow a couple teaspoons of the ashes into glass material to create a handmade vase that could hold ashes. It was perfect. We got to choose the color and it turned out beautiful. The staff members were so compassionate and thoughtful. Thank you so much for making the most unique item and our little guinea pig will be with us forever.

We were called to pick up our sweet baby yeaterday. It was a very hard time for us both as her death was unexpected. The care, quality throughout the entire process was done in the most respectful way. We opted for the private cremation, as we felt she deserved that from us. The paw print, the cedar box with her name engraved and the poem were all done so beautifully. Thank you to all involved for taking care of our sweet baby. We love you Chelsea, 12/21/2019.

My baby girls box has her named perfectly engraved on the top and her paw print is flawless. Nothing about this is easy, but its a gift to have been given her back in such a beautiful and careful manner. Its obvious anyone brought to this facility is truly treated as family members. Thank you.

In a Time when losing a Belived Pet it is good to know this Company is Available. Most Veterinary Offices use Koefran specifically for Pet Cremation. Personally have had too. A Special Service is a Ceramic Paw Print is Available with a Cremation.

I have never been so distraught as i was when Burney died. I cant bury him where i live and i couldnt have him disposed anywhere. So the option to have a private cremation was an awesome option for me. The redwood urn is the most beautiful I have ever seen. The engraving on top is gorgeous. Not knowing what to expect, I also recieved a card, a poem and his beautiful paw print on ceramic..I couldnt stop crying how beautiful the whole rramgement was.
