I had ordered a $250.00 Luxury Comfortable office chair from Office Supply dotcom It was ordered on July 4th 2021 It was out for delivery at 8:52am this morning, It was Supposedly Delivered at 9:53aqm this morning A 42 lb package just went missing!The receipt shows my address but no apartment # listed, and someone named Hodgs signed for it Not my name.I inquired with Office Supply as to when they were going to deliver my Chair and they said it was already delivered.I looked out side my apartment front door Nothing there, I went to my downstairs neighbors and my upstairs neighbors and No one signed for the package. Not at this address.So Office Supply has a Inquiry going on currently, And so I chewed TForce out for Screwing up the delivery! I have been in contact with Richa Sethi from TForce Logistic via email and he stated there trying to find my package.I asked why wasnt my Apartment Number listed on the Packages address ? It clearly shows it in the Shipping Address from Office Supply so why didnt TForce include it in the Shipping address.*NO REPLY*O I am so Pisssed right now!!!!When you pay for a $250.00 Office chair, and Office Supply says 2 day delivery,. I expect 2 day delivery! Just wished it had been delivered through a More reliable company then TForce!

Worst company ever. 2x I order from Home Depot, 2x my shipment sits at this warehouse for 3-4 weeks until they fill up their truck and bother to deliver. When you call the guy tells you nothing. It is worth going out of your way NOT TO USE THEM!!!!!

Lied, failed to deliver, left me on hold and hung up on me. What a waste of time
