Medical Courier drivers are the most professional courier company I have dealt with. Drivers are considerate, they understand the importance of their work, and handle each specimens with the care they require. If something isnt exactly right I get updates and confirmation of what I can expect and how it will be corrected. It is nice to actually talk to a live person instead of dealing with an automated phone system. Each time I call there is a person to answer my questions and ensure that I get the best service. I would DEFINITELY recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Highly recommend this company. Its nice you can call 24/7, 365 days a year and know you will always get a live person to answer your call. Its so nice to not deal with the annoying automated message system or wait times. When I called during off working hours I spoke to a live person who helped me with all my needs and questions.
