Fast, efficient service. Solid communication during store visit, accommodating and concerned. Laptop returned on the communicated date. Geek Squad adviser provided detailed information on what was done, fired-up the laptop to show me the new software and to make sure I was satisfied. All good. Repair costs were all included in the Plan and I was provided a desktop link and free file protection software. The laptop also had all its original files intact. Well done.
