Asked for a quote through text for a bedroom and was told $65. Saw their ad showed $45 for one room and mentioned it to him. He said Then why do you ask? Wasnt expecting a rude answer like that, but clearly not gonna do business with someone who is dishonest about prices and unprofessional over text.

Me and my wife had been meaning to get our carpets and rugs done since our grand childrens last visit. So we called their add on craigslist to set up on appointment. They do very well with scheduling them right away for as soon as you want them. Only problem is they were a little distance from us so they had to charge for the drive. With that said still they were much cheaper than other places we had called and they did and excellent job, very well mannered as well. We will be calling back in the future. My wife and I were very pleased.
