The technician was professional and pleasant for the most part, however when he was cleaning the stairs the water overspray saturated the hope chest that was passed down to me from my grandmother and caused the wood to warp and discolor - very sad!

I picked up a beautiful sectional micro fiber sofa for free and it had a smell we couldnt stand. It wasnt pet urine but was strong. Chris from pro team came out next day and did a great job my couch has a great smell and looks new!

Called for an estimate got an appointment date and time. They stated between 11 and 2 and that I would receive a call when they would be on the way. No calls or estimate. After the 2 pm time came and went I called and no answer or call back. Not professional at all.

The technician Rydell was very professional, courteous, & efficient. He explained on what he was doing & letting me know as the outcome of the cleaning. The hallway look 10 times cleaner, since it had spots from my dog & dirt from being a traffic area.

Our technician, Christopher, was so easy to work with. He explained everything in detail and gave me options. He also tested out a carpet I had and discovered that it was wool, which I was not aware of so that was helpful to know. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and removed some pretty gnarly stains and even melted wax from one of the carpets. He left shoe protectors for my family to wear when they got home while it was drying and said to call him back if anything didnt look right once it dried. This is our second time using Pro Team Carpet Cleaning. We just got a new puppy and now that shes fully potty trained, we needed the carpets cleaned. Pro Team did a fantastic job, again!! They address any problem areas that we were concerned with, and went above what they were going to do originally to make sure that we would be happy with the finished result. And we are!! I am amazed at how wonderful my floors look. I have 4 kids and 4 cats. My house is 14 years old. I havent had my floors professional cleaned in years. I forgot my grout is of white not brown. I thought I was going to have to rip up my tile. My tile looks brand new. I love my tile again.

These folks run a local, family operation, and the service was top notch. From the friendly, informative manner in which Tamara answered all my questions on the phone, to the stellar clean we received from Matt and his crew, everything was fantastic. They made the remnants of my three kids painting careers disappear, and revitalized our dining chairs, which I had assumed were beyond repair and would need to be reupholstered!

I don’t often post, but when you get swindled you want to let people know. This company is getting a 1 star review by me for quoting $130 “promotion” for carpet cleaning plus likely a little at the “normal rate” which would bring the total to an estimate of $175. The company could only come out on a weekend which I was out of town without a phone, so I set up a lockbox for them to get in. All seemed well, the company had the lockbox code to get in, we would settle when I returned the next day, what could go wrong... Well let me tell you, the company took it upon themselves to receive payment on the spot after full well knowing I was out of town and without means to call in for payment. They somehow got the owner of the property’s phone number who lives out of state who was more than surprise to receive a call from a carpet cleaning company from across the country, not knowing any pricing discussed, they told him the cost was $471 which he paid. Upon my return I could not believe, 1. They could find the contact for the owner, 2. The price they charged him was 3X that of the estimate, and 3. That they did not explain the promotion to the owner. You can imagine after receiving payment the company has little motivation to take care of their customer. Well after attempting to contact the company for nearly a week they didn’t bother to apply the promotion which even if they charged for 3 promotions which includes 12 carpeted areas (what house even has 12 carpeted areas???) it would be nearly $100 cheaper. I am wildly surprised others found this company to be honest and ethical after my experience, DO NOT TRUST THEM, the “promotion” is a hoax, take your money and run the other direction.P.S. Thanks for sending so many emails inviting us to share our experience here, so YES, I think I will share.

I love love love my carpet! I have 3 small children, a cat and a puppy so you can only imagine what my carpet looked like. Unfortunately the day of my scheduled cleaning, the machine was inoperable so they scheduled me for the next day at the same time. I was quoted $95 on the 1st day and the second day I was quoted $89 so that was a plus. The guy was very friendly and my carpet is like new. I highly recommend Pro Team Carpet Cleaning!! Ive used this company for about 3 years and they always do such a great job. Today we had a new cleaner (they have a small staff), he took his time and got out all the color marks in my 8 year old daughters bedroom plus my house includes 2 dogs and a cat and it smells amazing.

Coming from the Bay area, I have always used Chem Dry. Since moving to Lincoln, I have used steam carpet cleaners that leave the carpet soaking wet all day. Pro Team reviews were quite impressive so I gave them a try. Matt called first, came in the house and laser measured all carpet areas to be cleaned and gave me a quote. It was very comparable to other companies. When the job was completed, I was totally amazed at how dry the carpets were and how life came back to the traffic areas. Thanks Matt. You are the best!

With three kids and a dog, one can imagine the condition our carpets were in. They got stains out that we figured stay until we replaced the flooring!
