I have used Classic Chem-Dry for many years and always love the results. Recently, I let my carpets go far too long without having them cleaned and feared I had ruined them to the point of needing replacement. I had Classic Chem-Dry out in an attempt to save them and now they look like new! (they even removed my horrible plant stain).
