There is a cyclone fence around it. At first I thought it was closed. Its to lock it up at night because it was the sight of a paintball battle. ( Vandalism)It took $3 worth of tokens to wash,WAX and WAX my SUV. The Super Wax gun was broken. I drove up the freeway a couple of exits, to dry my vehicle 🤣 its so shiney!!

Sad to see this place get runned down badly. Last time I used it looks to have the same machine that I used 32 years ago in 1988 and it was barely turning around to be able to reach four corners of the car. Now, it looks as if people are abusing equipments to where it becomes useless and only one out of four bays works. I still couldnt use it because all I had was quarters and bills., card system were removed.

They need to close this place down and start over

The worst car wash ever! Doesnt take quarters. Doesnt offer a change to token machine. Credit cards accepted at the stalls. Put in 1st token for the wash and nothing happens. Its 1 token to start. Then I use my card (dont you do it) and the pressure rinse turns on for 10sec then dies and nothing else works. No brush or rinse. I left before I stole any more money. Ill update shortly on the results of trying to get a refund

Only 1 wash stall worked,and besides the crackhead telling me its outta dang soap!! Its closed go home. It was a ....quick spray down only because it takes tokens and I bought some(1$pertoken). So had to use them.

Dumpy and cramped with cars. Two different times their machines kept my cash. This place requires tokens. Bays are greasy and vacuum area blocks exit so you get stuck if someone is behind you. 1 mile North on Auburn past Greenback is a much better car wash no tokens required. Do yourself a favor and pass up on this dive.

Very little soap came out of scrub brush and it rook all $5 dollars just to wash my car and atm card does not work. I will go back.

If there was less than one star thats what I would rate it the place is a dump none of the vacuums work only two of the vacuums have hoses it takes only tokens and that is inconvenient

Ive used this place for years and it was great. Improvements were made, credit card readers installed. I loved the place. Then (I assume) new owners took over. It is now horrible. One credit card reader does not work, another one is broken off, third one makes you swipe your card every 40 seconds or so. When you use the spray gun to spray your tires with tire cleaner or your car with soap pre-soak the chemical leaks on your head from a leak above. Finally, as a final surprise, the spot-free rinse that you use at the very end does not work. So, you go through all the trouble of washing your car, and cant rinse it off properly at the end. And there are homeless people constantly camping by the vacuums. The owner is a thief - he steals your money, steals your time, and ruins your clothing by pouring tire cleaner on you. I avoid this place like a plague.

Watch your money and youre back most dont work, machine shuts off early not even two minutes!!??? And the tweekers homeless ask rudely and even get close to you when youre washing busy... So be careful at this place

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!* I FILED A CLAIM WITH BBBWent there today and swiped my card got maybe a minute and a half of water and when I got home they charged my card $10. There is no way to get ahold of anyone because the phone number listed on Yelp is disconnected. Do not take your car here

I use it for 2 dollars and spend there for about 5 minutes. Result is the same as at the other expensive car washes.

The gentleman who works here was very attentive. The credit card machine was broken so he gave me 12 minutes free. It only ended up being 8 minutes and I just received a $10 charge on my card. Very nice guy but this feels like I was robbed and there is no number to call to dispute. I will be disputing this with my credit card company. Its only $10 but its more about the poor business ethics.

Bought tokens. The 1st 2 worked. At least they gave me about 30-45 seconds of suds. The 3rd wouldnt work. Dropped through the coin return as fast as you could put it in the feed slot. Swiped my credit card. Nothing. Swiped it several more times. Nothing. I finally got about another minute from a credit card swipe. Today I see I was charged $10. RIP OFF!

One Star Car Wash... Tokens only, card reader didnt work. When I got one that did work, it lasted only a minute and then shut off. Add time button didnt work. At least my car is wet. Thats worth at least one whole star. Go somewhere else.

One of the best things about this car wash compared to others is I really love their wax option its just a real good one. In addition I think you get your moneys worth here.

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY SERVICE. For starters I couldnt find the token machine used my card and the machine didnt indicate whether or not it charged my card for me to use the wash and it ended up charging me $10! Saw someone else come asked for help and they showed me the machine so I put in $5 to get tokens. The time on there is just 2 mins and goes by very quickly (not useful for a big car). I needed to vacuum my car had one token left so I decided I might as well put it to use. Vacuum lasted 3 minutes!!!! You gotta be Speedy Gonzalez to get a proper clean with their vacuums. No contact info or anything whatsoever to contact the owner to dispute charges so I will have to contact my bank & hope for a resolution. Will NEVER come here again not even on somebody elses dime. Ill stick to regular car washes or wash at home!

This place is horrible I paid for a car wash went to go use the brush and the sprayer and theyre covered in oil so I ended up putting oil all over my car without even realizing it till its too late then the wash is only like 2 minutes long then I put in another dollar... dont waste your time or money with this crappy wash
