I so very much enjoy the extra elbow grease, tinder love and care to detail scrub boys always puts into my vehicle. I really appreciate the young little brunette that tends to check me in most times by the vaccumes I think her name is Daniele no matter how hot it is outside she always greets me with a smile, knows my basic request and order by heart and remembers the exact little knook and crannies I like crumbs to not be missed at when vacuuming.. a bit more pricey then say bubbas or quick quack but you pay for what you get and Im much more pleased doing less work myself and having a dealership floor model shine to my car inside and out

Will never go here again! Waited 2 hours even though I was there when they opened and only 2 cars ahead of me. Then as soon I get home I noticed damage to my passenger side bumper. This happened today. Of course there is no manager onsite and they did not do anything. My car is brand new, literally a few months old. Ridiculous. I did see a few staff members around my vehicle, but I just thought the head lady was explaining what wash I bought and what needed to be done. I am sure this will come out of my pocket and not theirs. I do not recommend!

Scrub Boys Car Wash was everything we needed to get our car cleaned after traveling from San Diego to Sacramento. We looked at pics on Yelp as my guy is a stickler for what types of brushes can be used on the car. Scrub Boys ended up being the choice. Initially, you may look at this place like its a hole in the wall and sketchy. Dont be deceived. This car wash is incredibly thorough in the cleaning they do. Quick, fast, and efficient. A little pricey but you pay for quality work. A huge shout out to Scrub Boys Car Wash 🚗 💧🪣🧽

Busy busy place. They are always busy. Expect to wait a long time. It took two hours for my car. Two hours! I come here because Im desperate. But yes, expect to wait a long time. Do come on a day you have time to waste. Other than that, they do a good job. I always get the silver wash that is 27.99. So they are expensive. The place looks beat up though. I think its time they upgrade a few things.

Came in 35 minutes before closing for a quick wash. Was informed they were closed, despite the website and Google saying otherwise, the 3 cars being serviced, and there was no information available on a cut off time for new arrivals.Looks like the 24 hour gas station machines win my money again.Inconsistent hours, call ahead to be sure.

This place treats you like if you’re getting a free car wash. Previous times I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I have asked for a hand wax quote and both times I’ve even told that they didn’t have time to do that, I asked if I needed to make an appointment and the person neither say yes or no… this last time, when I arrived for a car wash, I was told that it was going to be over an hour, which is a norm from this place any ways… the point is that I have always got the impression that they don’t care if you give them your business or not… did I mention “that this was my last time bringing my business to this car wash?, yes, this was my last time.

The woman did a great job in the detailing. The host who took my payment was not very friendly. He must been having a bad day. ☹️

I was really hopeful that this would be a good place for regular car washes. I bought a monthly membership too. After several washes now, I’ve never spent less than 90 minutes here. A couple of times more than two hours. That is completely unacceptable. It is consistent and not a one time event. The reason I gave two stars instead of one is that the wash is good. My main complaint is the unacceptable time it takes. The reason someone goes to a car wash is to save time.

Unfortunately, I experienced something I hope no other individual has to experience. Kim and Kevin Dyer is listed as the business on the scrub boys, LLC according to their filing with the secretary of stare but I was informed that their son Grant Dyer is actually the owner of their Broadway location. I have been trying to reach an owner because unfortunately the manager was unable to assist me.I entered the car wash with the trust that they would take care of my vehicle. Instead I received my car back with deep scratches all over my windshield. I’m sure it was a mistake maybe someone had keys in their hand? Jewelry on? Something in the towel? There’s so many possibilities. All I wanted was to speak to an owner or a manager that could resolve the issue. When I further inspected my car I saw that the back tinted window was also scratched.The manager was very sweet and tried to contact the owner. The manager inform the owner how bad the scratches were and “Grant” the owner refused to refund me for the car wash and was apparently too busy to get on the phone with me. Instead he told the manager to tell me that he didn’t have the tools to fix the scratches? Wow, he didn’t have the decency to even get on the phone with me? How does someone go in for a car wash and come out with a damage vehicle? I own a business their is insurance for things like this. It’s not even about the cost it’s about the respect to handle a situation. My trust for car washes have gone out the window with this kind of treatment.The fact that I even have to reach out to an insurance agent and my attorney for advice is ridiculous. I should be able to just get a person on the phone or present to even address the damage. I’ve been advised to take steps that I don’t even want to have to take. I just wanted a simple phone call to resolve the damage? Some people should be ashamed of how they run a business. I’m hoping someone reaches out to so I can move on with this issue. Absurd

I wash my car Toyota Prius at Scrub Boys Car Wash. When I drove to lot meet nice employee friendly, but wait time was 55 minutes. They washed nice outside and clean horrible inside. The reason why I give low review for car wash not because of the wait time, for the job they provide it. If you look at pictures and the job was done inside horrible.

Great job it isnt quick so if youre in a hurry its not the spot. But I found it worth the wait.

It was about a 2 hour wait, that I was happily willing to wait for a cleaning of my car. Especially the inside windows. Paid my 39.99. The first sign they might have been off their game they didnt ask what fragrance I wanted. Second the vacuuming was quickly done, but I thought to myself well those are industrial vacuums Im sure its doing its job. Thirdly when the car came out, I watched them do finishing touches and noticed again how fast it was done. Needless to say as I drove off and stopped at gas station I noticed all the spots on the windows that were missed, the rear view mirror wasnt touched and the back seats s had crumbs from where I removed a car seat. Not to mention they didnt clean the outside very well either,, but the outside is not a big deal,, i take it for the inside primarily. I didnt take it back immediately because I was on my way to my daughters birthday and had no time to wait, and I wasnt sure how they would react to my complaints. They normally do well. So thats what happened.

Dont be fooled by the dilapidated sign out front - this place is great! Friendly and fast and thorough - I cant really ask for more from a car wash. Once the front guy warned me off when they had a huge backlog, thereby saving me an hour and a half - I failed to get his name in order to give him his due here, which I regret. Some pointers: they do sometimes have very long lines (because its popular); there is no place to sit inside, so just be prepared for the weather; and they can handle cars with low clearance, like my Mini Cooper.

Expedient, thorough and well worth every buck spent. Those three factors lead me to give Scrub Boys on Broadway, 5 stars. Im usually never so impressed by a place to give them 5 stars, 4 is typically the mac that I give. However, the level of service that we received, how quickly they returned the car to us and the detailing is what i took into account. Operating on a first come first served basis, an employee immediately rushed out to greet us with a list of their services and prices to which we chose the Platinum Plus. He quickly took down our info, gave us a slip to pay with and took our car from there to be detailed. All-in-all the whole experience took about half an hour, expect a bit of a longer wait when they get really busy, but from what i could tell even if they were slammed the wait wouldnt be more than 45 mins. If youre ever in need of a complete service car wash and detailing, head over to Scrub Boys on Broadway. You wont be disappointed.

These guys do a great job. Ive been coming here for the past 5 years or so. They actually take their time on cleaning your car inside out. Theyll make it really pretty and give you a nice car smell for free. Highly recommended for sure.

We were on a weekend getaway in our 2017 Challenger and over night parked under a tree our baby got sap all over it. We took it to this car wash and we were amazed at how clean the interior and exterior looked. We purchased the platinum wash which took under 40 min. Great car wash station with friendly staff. Out of all our car wash experiences this has been the best outcome yet.

Im pretty protective of my car and have been to several different washes around town. Ive found this one to be the best and the staff is really quite helpful. I opted for the monthly monthly package because of how much I wash my car due to the trees. I would recommend this spot.

I wasnt impressed with this place. It was quick, which i appreciated but my floor was full of crumbs, dirt and hair when I picked it up. They rushed through it and did not take much pride in their work. They took the car and spent 5 minutes vacuuming it again but it wasnt much better. The outside looked pretty good, it wss the inside that wasnt cleaned well. My car wasnt that dirty so i dont get it. I had to wipe off fingerprints off of everything and there was hair stuck to my radio console. It wasnt a bad price for a full car wash $40 but a little more attention to detail would have made them 5 star.

What a waste of money. So disappointed in the job done when I spoke to management about getting the job advertised. I was dismissed and left with a dirty car and won’t return again.

Besides Having to wait because two people were doing the jobs of 4 people, I was shown the price of a car wash with tires was 16.99 on their own price menu. Then was told my car would cost an extra ten dollars because one employee pointed to another and said “that car pays more because it’s dirty”. I could not find any official pricing from them or their company and I even asked for them to show me where it says some cars should pay more they couldn’t. When I inquired with employee why he said “because it’s dirty and he doesn’t make the rules”- even though he’s the exact employee that said I should pay more. If my car wasn’t dirty, I wouldn’t be at a car wash. Had that employee not been there I doubt I would have had to pay extra. 27.99 for a car wash is really high especially with chevron doing it for 9 dollars on Bradshaw about 3 miles away.

Sat on line for 10-15 minutes on a Monday morning at 930. 4 cars in front me. No drivers in any of them. Nobody from the car wash ever came out to either greet me or do anything with the cars in front of me. After awhile I just backed up, pulled out and left.

I actually didnt have time, they are detail focused and cleaning takes at least 30 minutes

Only been here once but will be coming again. Car was in bad need of a good detail and I was not disappointed. My other car pretty roughed up, Ill be bringing it by to see if the magic works on that one too. Staff is really friendly. Not super talkative, but hey not all of us are.

Really good service. Was skeptical at first for physical appearance of place and surroundings, but they did a great job. Compared to others, they provide much more detailing for a lower price.

Got a great Groupon deal - interior and exterior cleaning for $20 it was well worth it. They did a pretty good job I noticed a couple things but they fixed it before I left and I have a nice clean car.

They did a great job on my car, both inside and out. When I got back in my car there was three dollars sitting on my console. They found it on the floor.

Sometimes the car comes out sparkling inside and out.

I’ve been coming here for years and today was my last visit. Arrived at 8am, when they “open” and sat alongside other customers in our cars for about 20 minutes. During this time I watched staff arrive late and lazily get the business ready. Scrub Boys seems terribly understaffed and while I waited for over an hour for my simple car wash, I observed workers yelling at each other about washing the cars. Once I got into my car, the seats looked just about as crummy and dirty as they did when I brought them in. They’ve officially lost a committed customer’s business.

Had to ask for them to vacuum my car again then ended up doing it myself very poor job what a difference from scrub boy on Folsom blvd I definitely didn’t get the job I paid for $41.99 and I had to keep asking if they could clean things right very poor work.

This car wash sucks. Very minimal effort on the human end. I paid for the platinum package.1. My wheels weren’t sprayed, they were just wiped.2. My interior wasn’t cleaned with any solution, just wiped.3. They didn’t remove water spots. Just told me they were hard to remove.4. They sprayed my car with the wrong interior smell.5. They were more distracted with finding someone else’s car than cleaning mine, during the vacuum stage and the polish stage.6. I paid for a wax and didn’t receive that.7. There is still sap on my car that I can easily remove with some method and TLC.What the? 40 bucks for a machine rinse? I could hosed my car down myself like really what the? Did they even use the durashield solution I paid for? Should I come back here?

WORST CAR WASH PERIOD! if i could rate this a negative i wouldi specifically created an account to comment on my awful experience.I brought in my BRAND NEW TRUCK, i have had it for 1 week.i wanted a simple wash and vacuuming of the interior. I waited for my truck to be cleaned.Once the truck was done with the wash it sat for 10 MINUTES IN THE SUN, plenty of time for it to get WATER MARKS ALL OVER ITFinally the people began drying it, i had to LITERALLY follow them around the truck and clean up what they missed!After they were done i paid, HUGE MISTAKE!As soon as i sat down i notice that they DID NOT EVEN VACUUM the passenger side of the truck! i asked for it to be fixed, they VERY RELUCTANTLY vacuumed the side that they DID NOT DO in the first place. I got in the truck the SECOND TIME and sure enough.... there is deodorant ALL OVER MY SEATS!now i have not had 1 SINGLE PERSON IN MY TRUCK YET! (except myself)and these marks are no where near the driver side, they are all over the passenger side, who could have put them there!! hmmmmmmmm i wonder whoThere are all kinds of foot prints from their dirty shoes ON MY SEATS and floor matsWHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF VACUUMING MY CAR IF YOUR DIRTY EMPLOYEES ARE GOING TO MAKE THE INTERIOR DIRTY AGAIN!!!At this point i was FURIOUS! to tell me your employees did not leave marks on my NEW car, complete lie! Hi all.I was told that car will be cleaned inside and outside->vacuumed, interior wiped, rims cleaned... well, interior was pretty much as dirty as it was originally, rims had a lot of brake dust still on. Car was at facility for at least 30 min. I will NOT be going there again.

Worst experience with a car wash and customer service ever. Never going back. Car still had bird poop and smudges on windows, doors and center console werent even vacuumed out... and the cover to my charger was broken. Was offered a sketchy fix and no contact info for the owner when I asked.
