I was treated very rudely after I wouldnt leave my car a second day for a service I was told would take 1 day. I understand things happen but he didnt communicate with me. I was constantly trying to get a hold of him to find out the status. Each time it was about what he couldnt do because of lack of time. Turned out he hadnt even started the service I had requested after 24 hours of the vehicle in his possession. I decide I didnt want him to touch my car and picked it up. When I arrived the owner was with another customer and her car. I waited for him to give her his speel. Once he was finished, he acknowledged me and practically ran to get my key from inside to prevent me from going into his office. After he handed me my key fob he shut the door in my face. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I took my vehicle to this business as it was referred to me from someone who has used this place a few times before. Where to begin...I have a 2015 Honda Accord which had minor detailing needs - Shampoo carpet, clean the interior. I was told to leave my vehicle for a few days which I was okay with. However when I received my vehicle back it looked as though nothing was done to it. To say the least the finished product was absolutely horrid. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. You would think after leaving your vehicle in a “Professional’s hands” it would have been cleaned. Nope! I was utterly embarrassed to see nothing was done to my car. I had given the owner a tip just cause I’m a nice guy. I had asked to take it back which was honored however after thinking it through I asked myself would I really want to be without a car for another day just to be even more disappointed? So I haven’t taken it back and will never return to this horrid business. Trust me you will be very disappointed going to this business. I am not one to write a negative review but even after a few weeks I still can’t get over the fact I was robbed by this crooked businessman.

Absolutely blown away by Tims attention to detail on my new-used vehicle. There were flaws in the paint that I thought would never be corrected, however, Tim applied his talent and knowledge and made it better than showroom quality. Tim definitely isnt your average detailing shop. Tim holds high standards in every aspect of detailing vehicles. What I also like about Transparent detail is that Tim is honest and down to earth. No upscale for unnecessary services. If I could give more stars I would.. 5/5 review! I trust Tim with my vehicle.

The neighbors kids did a number on my car and poured used auto oil over and into my vehicle. After a fun conversation with their dad, I found Tim on google and gave him a call. Tim was very helpful at explaining his services and how he’d get my vehicle back to what it was. Man did he not disappoint. My car came back looking BETTER than when I got it off the showroom floor at Miata. Thanks for everything Tim.

The only word I could say for a week after getting my car back was “WOW!” I’m not a messy person but am someone who has put off getting my interior detailed because I always thought it wasn’t worth the money. But after picking my car up from this shop I wish I would’ve done it sooner. I’ve had my car for three years and always vacuum my car along with wiping it down from time to time. I didn’t know know that after a short period of time that my car could look like it was coming straight off of the lot. As someone that use to drive for Uber and have had people spill drinks, food, and makeup in my car I thought those stains and smells would have to be something I had to put up with. That doesn’t even include the two times that people threw up in my car. I cleaned them up myself but still had leftover stains that I couldn’t seem to get rid of. I didn’t know that these professionals would allow me to drive with confidence knowing that there are no stains in my car. The smell is amazing and I keep getting complements on how clean my car is by people who I frequently drive. I will absolutely be using their services many times again. If you’re looking to get your car looking brand new I can’t recommend this shop enough!

Great place!! I will come back and do business again! Everything from headlights to rims was super clean. Made my 15 year old car look ten years fresher! The deep clean on my rims was something I was very impressed with. THE PRICE for the WORK IS A STEAL!

Got my cars interior detailed here, one word, amazing! I have light interior that had small stains and he cleaned it up extremely well. My car smells fresh and looks brand new. The cleanliness of the little crevices like the cupholders really showed the attention to detail and care they put in here. Definitely highly recommend.

This place is amazing when it comes to detailing a car. We took a Honda that we just bought. We needed it steam cleaned and when we got it back, it was flawless! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I took my 2020 Mazda 3 into Transparent Auto Detail for the first time in January 2021, and let me tell you Tim (the owner) exceeded all of my expectations. I came in for an interior and exterior detail, and the final results were shocking. My exterior of the car was incredibly shiny you could see your reflection in it, like looking into a mirror. But the most impressive part was the interior. The leather seats had been thoroughly conditioned, and everything smelled new as well as polished (there was not a single piece of lint or dirt in sight). The only thing I am sad about is that I didnt find this place sooner. Transparent Auto Detail is a severely underrated businesses and I feel bad for anyone who doesnt know about it. Will be spreading the word to others because everyone needs to see Tims high quality work for themselves.

Awesome work performed by Tim on the exterior 2 stage polishing service on my Tesla Model 3! Very happy with it being started and completed, same day. The service describes a huge improvement, and it definitely meets the stated expectations of service. My paint had many swirl marks prior to treatment, and I cannot see them anymore. I’d definitely use Tim’s shop for future projects!

Ive had my Tesla Model 3 ceramic coated here, as well as had my Pathfinder detailed. Im still in shock as to how well they removed all the dog hair from the Pathfinders interior.As for the ceramic coating, its unreal! Super perfect application and looks like glass! Will surely do this to every car I buy in the future.

I had an interior detail done by the owner Tim. He was very timely and my car has never looked better- smells like blueberries too. The shop is both clean & the most visually interesting shop I’ve ever been to- with interesting handmade lights and a unique epoxy floor. 12/10 would come again.

I had the opportunity to get my car detailed by the owner Tim. I had my car since 2015, so it needed a really bad interior cleaning! First thing I noticed when going in was how professional Tim was, his customer service is excellent. I was quite embarrassed knowing how disgusting the inside of my car was but Tim reassured me that it would look just like new. I had to leave my car overnight with how dirty it was and I was a little scared but Tim reassured me that there is 24/7 security. After hearing that, I was more at ease. If you need to leave your car overnight, don’t worry as there is security roaming the premises. Now let’s move on to the interior, IT WAS SO CLEAN. I did not believe it was my car because of how clean it was. Drivers side floor was full of dirt and crushed leaves... and that was gone! I had a makeup mark on my passenger seat from a friend and no matter how hard a scrubbed, it wouldn’t come off. But guess what? It was gone too! My overall experience was excellent! I definitely would go hear again to get a deep clean of my car and would recommend to all my friends. Tim’s customer service is amazing and his eye for cleaning is amazing! 15/10 for everything! Price is reasonable for how much effort and time he puts into cleaning your car! Come here and you won’t regret!!

(Click My Review for Pictures) I cannot recommend Transparent Auto Detail ENOUGH. Tim is awesome. He responded to my inquiry very quickly and was super helpful with picking out the best service for my vehicle. Not to mention he quoted me at hundreds of dollars less than other detail shops in Sac. I have a Black 2014 Toyota Tacoma which I take off road quite a bit. As you may know, black paint is very hard to keep up, especially on a truck. I had vicious swirl marks in the paint from years of improper washing and machine washes, and also plenty of scratches down the side of the truck from tree/shrub branches. I told him i wanted to remove the swirls and try and remove/lighten the scratches. Tim recommended the single stage polish for my truck after he inspected the paint, and we set up an appointment for a couple weeks from then. I called Tim a couple days before the appointment because I had plans to Plasti-Dip my chrome badges and do some touch up paint on some deep scratches. I wanted to know if I should do it before he detailed the truck or after. Tim told me to not worry about it and to just bring in my Plasti-Dip and touch up paint and he would take care of it for me at no charge. I was shocked, the Plasti-Dip and touch up paint would have take me 4-6 hours to do by myself; AND HE DID IT FOR FREE! Anyways, The day comes and Tim and his employee Thomas KILLED IT! The truck looks better than I could every ask for, especially for the price I was charged (cheap, compared to every other quote). I highly recommend Transparent Auto Detail; dont even look anywhere else after you read this review. You wont regret it.

Amazing work! Car came out better than when I bought it new. Very friendly and professional staff. Tim takes pride in his work and is extremely knowledgeable. Definitely a must. I brought in my silver Benz E350. Silver is great in hiding imperfections. So I thought the outcome wouldnt stand out from when I brought it in. Man, I was so wrong. I have never seen the silver pop with so much shine and richness. I also had the interior cleaned as well and he literally gets in the nooks and crannies. Highly recommended shop if you are looking for professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff!

If you are looking for high quality paint correction this is the place to go. Tim works alone and is trying to grow his small business while also producing high quality and flawless product. I’m gonna be going back for ceramic coating and window tint.

Brought a new SUV that a client had smoked inside of. It was a nightmare!! A ghost you can somewhat see or imagine but odor what hard.I brought it over to Transparent and they kept it for a couple of days and did their ozone treatment. I couldn’t believe I was sitting inside the same vehicle. Have not gotten a single complaint 1 year later.

I had a great experience with Transparent. I had a tan seat with a dark water ring from a leaky bottle and a little grimey interior. They took care of the upholstry and made the interior look new, they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt ask for, they were up front with the pricing, they had it ready on time and updated me while they were working on it. They stand by their work - 10/10 would recommend
