Alex is a great guy who takes meticulous thought and care in giving his clients the best service possible (great haircut and great conversation). And he does what he can to accommodate his clients in terms of schedule, which is much appreciated. Thank you, Alex for doing an amazing job on my son haircuts.
My son is very picky about who cuts his hair. The first time lex cut his hair he was hooked. Thanks for doing such a great job 😊

I first took my son to Lex after seeing his pics online. I set an appointment with him and texted his phone to confirm, which he did. I got to the shop on time and lex had someone in his chair. I waited and once he was done with that person he then called another person to his chair (it’s 15 mins pass the appointment by this point) I approach Lex and asked him about my sons cut he tells me I have 3 people ahead of me and I told him I made an appointment. He pulled out his phone to double check as I did to show him to conversation we just had the night before. Needless to say he forgot my scheduled appointment and I ended up waiting 45 mins before my sons head was cut by someone else which Lex paid for. I thought that was a nice gesture for his mistake so I took my son to him again. The second time to the shop Lex did cut his hair but then left at least 3-4 fine cuts on the front of my sons head which I sent pictures of. The final straw for me was today 01/22 I attempted to make an appointment on his website it started at 3pm today. I then texted him to ask about open times he says he next time isn’t until after 6pm and he hasn’t updated the site. So had I made an appointment for 3pm and showed up I would’ve had to wait 3 hours since he said he got “verbal appointments”. I said okay well there’s no point in me making an appointment online I’ll just come tomorrow at 11am. Can you confirm? He never responded and that was 4 almost 5 hours ago. I think he’s a cool barber but not professional at all.I see I received a response however I’ve never had to wait hours just for a barber to confirm an appointment. It’s an excuse and unprofessional. I’m not sure what “sorry I felt that way” means if all I said was action based. Now I’m not able to use your services cause you were called out, well I’m not sure how you read my review but you have already been removed from needing your services any longer.
