Took my grandson here for a haircut after a terrible hair cut disaster at Great clips and they did THE JOB!! Best hair cut EVER! I feel so silly because I forgot the Barbers name, he has the 3rd seat from the front of the shop on the right side I believe his name was Ray, my post is like over a month later, I live in Escalon Ca but i am willing to drive my grandson here once a month for a cut.... Maybe even twice. They cut ALL HAIR!

My barber Daniel and everybody else is here is cool good place to just relax and get cut and laugh about life . Great customer service skills

I walked in to check out and support black businesses. The vibe in the Elk Grove shop is very unprofessional. The barbers looked like “why are you here”. The young man that works next to the female barber with tattoos; body language was very unprofessional. Nobody walked up and said hello or how May we help you.

I brought my son in today for a scheduled cut for his birthday and my son was told thatthere was no one to cut his hair. I called and was told that although I scheduled this appointment through the website at a time offeredby the website that this is a malfunction of the website and that the owner was made aware multiple times of this issue. Its one thing not to be openbecause of COVID but another to not be professional enough to manage your site so that problems like this dont happen. Very unprofessional!!

Although the barber I scheduled with didn’t show up- this young man by the name Bryan did an amazing job. I’ve been coming here for years and know this shop has the best chairs. *people* if $35 is ur problem go down the way for a decent cut @$15- but this shop gives you every pennies worth!

Today was the first time we got there, I scheduled my son’s appointment there with the guy name Francisco. My son had the best experience there and really liked his haircut. Francisco did an excellent job. He will be the barber for my son in future for sure. He deserves more then 5 stars. We will definitely recommend him to our family friends.

The barber Shop was very man oriented which was nice but the guy that cut my hair kept hitting a mole on my head. I also thought he was going to knock me out with how hard he used the clippers. He left my sides burns uneven. On top of all this they had signs up for credit cards but then he said each chair was different with payment methods so with no cash but 7 dollars for the tip. I had to leave my credit card and run home for cash which he wanted 30 more for the cut. This place is over priced and when I can get better hair cut at any other place for less. I won’t be back

I liked this place, its quiet, not too ghetto, nice setting. Only thing is my barber just disappeared I dont know if its personal or business related but Ive been reaching out and getting no response. Im not going to get cut there by a different barber thats total disrespect so I guess I will have to find another barbershop. Thanks for your services Dorians barbershop.

I booked an appointment on their websites during when I got to the shop they were closed and didn’t pick up there phone.

Called And ask if they Accept walk ins I was told Yes they could get me in and out. Drove down to the shop and waited for a hour and 50 mins before getting up and leaving I didn’t even want a hair cut after waiting so long . Customer service is horrible They let 4 different people go before me that showed up 30 minutes after that did not have a Appointment. I’ll take my money elsewhere it was to the point they were scared to make eye contact.
