My insurance company tried to use them to come tow my car. Waited the quoted hour and they didnt show. I called back and they said give it 10 more minutes. I gave it 30, called back and insurance contacted the tow company and was told they never received the request aka didnt want to take it, because when I call it asks if Id like to be connected with the company that will be towing me. My insurance company straight up said they would be using a different tow company since quality towing apparently doesnt want to help me out. What BS that is!
