I’d had my 83 CJ5 at three different shops and I spent almost $1,500 trying to figure out what was going on with it (very loud vibration that would come and go). No one could figure it out and I was desperate. Last night I called this shop and the guy (owner?) told me to lock out the hubs on the front wheels. Not only did that fix the port it it also fixed the shuttering 1st gear start that I’d just grown to accept. Incredible. He solved all my problems and more in under 2 minutes over the phone! Much obliged and much respect!!

I took my 17 JK Wrangler to Joe for B&M performance shifter install. Joe did excellent work and is easy to deal with, friendly and professional. The shifter didnt really fit right and made some popping sound, but Joe quickly identified and fixed the problem . I will be going here for future off road needs and recommending Joe to anyone else I know.

I’ve taken my 92 Toyota pickup here for many services. From installing gears and lockers to tightening bolts and oil changes., Joe does a great job! Friendly service with humor. He recently helped me track down a screech coming from my front left wheel well. Did a very exhaustive check and bared with all my frustrations. Noise disappeared with new tires. Don’t let the shop turn you away, a lot of long term projects sitting there. Joe’s the main mechanic and usually has just one other worker so be patient!

Joe is a very honest guy. Hes the kind of guy that enjoys heading into work in the morning, and is willing to make financial sacrifices in order to keep his integrity in tact. Even after an engine rebuild, hes maintained contact and always makes time to answer following questions. I feel like shops like this are rare to come by these days.

Joe was great! He checked the engine light on my Jeep and explained what may be going on free of charge. He gave me an estimate for possible repair that was reasonable. Very honest and knowledgeable!

Joe is one of the best mechanics Ive ever dealt with. He is very skilled. Weve taken our 2000 Cherokee in several times and he does beautiful work every time. He is very kind and talks to people with respect. As a woman i havent had great experiences with automotive people. They tend to talk down to us and not explain things. I know I can trust Joe to talk to me as a fellow jeep enthusiast and not some dumb woman with no idea about anything. He is quick also which is great when you cant wait to get your baby back on the road or trails.

The mechanics at Specialized 4Wheel Drive are very, very, knowledgeable when it comes to any kind of Jeep repair. I have two jeeps that run great thanks to them. They are also fair and reasonable and that is what is important to me in this economy. Not to mention they are nice guys.Sincerely,Leann

Had some issues with my 06 Wrangler and Joe was a great guy to work with. Hes a super-friendly guy and an excellent mechanic. We ran into one very minor issue with my Jeep after the repair, and Joe was quick to remedy the issue. This says a lot about a shop.Ill absolutely be back, and I highly recommend taking your jeep to Joe.

I took in my 2012 ram 4x4 Cummins, had a major front damage and front axle was bent. Joe took it all apart, then took it to a shop that could straighten the housing, but they could not, because the damage was more than we thought. We then both have to search for a new housing and found a few options, then have to weight for delivery from east coast. Joe was patient and helpful and he didnt take any longer than expected and the price was reasonable. Im glad I went here.

Absolutely beautiful work done. Took them my 93 Cummins 4x4 truck to have a 4 lift, crossover steering, and a new borgeson steering shaft installed. 1 week turnaround, they even fixed the leaking rear transfer case seal that I hadnt noticed. Definitely will be coming back for all my work.

Had an issue with my 4 wheel drive on my lifted truck. They were able to detect the issue when a couple other shops were not able to.

I have a 1999 Durango. The differential was growling loudly when I got it there. The were quick and reasonable with the repair. As I recall it had a 1 year warranty. About 14 months later it became noisy again. I took it back 2 months out of warranty. Complete rebuild, no charge. How can you beat that kind of customer service. I am getting ready to take my 2004 Silverado in for drive train problems. I am looking forward to their expertise and customer service.
