I would of been more happier if they would of taken my car in at the time of my appointment which was at 11:00am but I still had to wait more then 1 hour and a half and I still have two cars in front of me when my appointment was at 11. These ppl don’t understand what an appointment time means ! Worst experience ever ! Good thing 7 day tires was fast and in time and they have way better prices!!!!

Only wanted alignment.Was told I have bearing issue and brakes issue . Both in fact not true. Had it rechecked. Had driven 3 hr ride prior to visit and another trip after. Insulted that it was said there was issues because we had done our own work prior. There is no bearing noise nor brake issues.feel like trying to drum up busy. Sure u will disagree but will not return.

After calling around for about 20 minutes I found this place. It was conveniently located across the street from a Walmart shopping center which was also surrounded by tons of other restaurants and other small businesses. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Scott he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I met another gentleman and our conversation was amazing I also learned something that day. Outside of that my brakes are great they were timely and professional, and they were early with their completion time. Everything was clean and the gentlemans that were working on the vehicles were in constant communication with the front desk. I recommend this place to anyone especially if you have young children, I have a young daughter and the location made everything that much easier.

Excellent service. Replaced our brakes, rotors ans sensors at the same price they quoted us. Fast turn around times. MUCH less expensive compared to the dealership. We will be taking all our cars here for brakes.

Worst and most expensive service Ive ever gotten.Hope no one goes here,trust me. I got way over charged. He lied and said he was doing all 4 breaks and only did the back one. I will never come back here or deal with this kinda place again. Lesson learned.

It took over 3 hours hours to change all four (4) rotors and all four (4) brake pads as well as change the oil in my 2004 Ford F-150 truck. It cost $900. I was satisfied with the technical work, however in the midst of California’s worst expressions of Covid-19 cases and deaths (January 2021), none of the technicians nor the customer service counter worker - “Reggie” - was wearing a mask. In fact, my customer service person who greeted and helped all of the clients had a face shield apparatus that was always in the upward horizontal position but NEVER was it in the downward verticals protective position that would have covered his face. It was very dangerous and blatantly against Midas policies: for over 3 hours! I wore two masks and kept at least 15-20 feet away from him until I had to use the credit card machine to pay for my parts and labor.

They were very friendly, and the person who checked out my car told me exactly what it needed without even charging me!

Reggie was amazing! I would highly recommend going to the shop on Florin over the Midas shop on 16th.

Spent 1000$ for brakes and rotors. I had to come in twice. First time, I told them it was the front rotor that was bad. They insisted it was the back rotor & replaced that one. Paid over 600$ for that.. Within two weeks my brakes were grinding again.. came back in and they replaced my front rotor for $378.. discounted. Do not recommend. I gave an extra star for a helpful mechanic who fixed a fuse for me.

If you like hidden charges tacked on to a basic oil-change then go to Midas.I called a couple of days before setting an online appt.and during the call was quoted $54.99 for a high-mileage oil change. When I arrived and was about to sign the paperwork authorizing work to my car, the statement showed a credit of $10 for my coupon, but an additional labor charge of $34.95. When the dust settled my final bill was $76.95. Needless to say I didnt have my oil change done by Midas and found another service provider who completed their work at the price they quoted.

I had an appointment at 11am for oil change plus tire rotation. I was done before 1230pm which included replacing my air filter and windshield blades. I appreciate Midas informing me of what is necessary to keep my car running smoothly unlike the Chevrolet dealership.

Someone stole my catalytic converter and I called Midas 30 minutes after they closed and they still let me drop off my car. They were prompt in calling me the next morning to confirm it was my catalytic converter that was stolen so I was able to report it to my insurance. On multiple occasions they stayed after hours to accommodate the only times I could get to their location. Ive never had such great customer service from anywhere let alone a mechanic. I HIGHLY recommend this location!

When I called the customer care in the morning today for oil change, he didnt even spend a min to address my questions but all he said was just come to the shop. So, I arrived at the shop for oil change at 8.30am. He didnt mention clearly that how much time its going to take, and made me wait for more than 2 hours (Handed my car at 10.40am). To my surprise, the technician had not missed checking the rear break light which he looked at being faulty only after I told him that its not working and to be replaced. Last but not the least, when I asked them to fix the rear light, he didnt even tell me how much its going to cost and whether he can fix it. He right away went inside the repair area and asked the technical to fix it. So, when he returned back to the reception, the light was fixed and he said he will charge $30 extra to fix the light. For sure, i wouldnt have gone to fix the light had he told me the cost but he never told me. He just ran away to fix it.!!! I lost lots of money by visiting this shop and will never ever visit again. BTW, I felt everyone in the shop are new folks and they dont have communication skills to handle and address customers query appropriately.

Actually now I dont believe in their diagnosis. One time they told me that my car is oil-leaking and that I should spend hundreds of dollars to change a tube. I drive to Hongkong auto repair and find out my car is just fine. Another time I came to do oil change. They found out a lot of problem of my car, including my break. I was a little bit frightened to hear that the condition of my break was very dangerous. So I neglected other problems that they told me and agreed to just fix the break cylinder. At first they let me sign the paper which displayed a number near $450. But after a long wait they charged me for about $600, which was more expensive and included some other items. I should have driven to other place for a double check instead of believing in their words. Well, wish you make more money.

Took my 08 impala LS in Friday for rack and wheel hub work I paid $1,100in advance Im giving a 2 star rating because Jeff was honest about my rack and pinion... I noticed when I started my car my abs and traction control lights are still on (not worried) thinking ill just reset them when I get home well I reset them and on my to way this morning they came back since I work on cars for a living myself I pulled into the shop manage and took a look at the bottom from the put and I find this........( I called and left a message this morning and no one has returned my call)

Theyre family owned and operated. The pricing is decent compared to most places in the area. Only mechanics Ive confidently brought my car to in years.

I called for AC compressor replacement cost and I was told I have to bring the car to the shop. I was able to call other auto shops and they were able to give the cost of labor and parts.

The business just changed hands on Sept1. Its now family owned and operated. The waiting area is clean and welcoming. The staff is very kind and courteous as are the new owners! I highly recommend this Midas Shop.

Battery light comes on somewhere around middle Sept. I take it to my local Midas on florin Rd .... They proceeded to tell me I need a battery how they come to this conclusion I dont know Im not a mechanic I try to be $300 for the new battery and installation I leave the establishment to still have the light on I turn right back around and go back think of you oh it must be the alternator another $ 400 &change for The part& installation ..... Next morning I got in the car on my way to work battery light comes on again so its Friday now when I get off work I go to Midas and drop the vehicle off I drove into the parking lot drop the vehicle off pending apparently a voltage regulator now $275 in change plus labor come Monday morning my wife takes me to pick up my vehicle ... These SOBs put my car in the parking lot the reminder this is florin road close to power inn its a bad neighborhood things to say my car was vandalized value stolen.. and have insult injury the manager tells me with a smile on her face your wiring harness must be bad something with a stereo installation or your starter not really sure but Im going to have to move the car were going to tow it $1,100 I drove my car here running running I know theyre not going to help me into telling me Ive burnt a month-and-a-half goes by I stopped to check on my car talk to the manager see if we can amicably work something out hes a complete unprofessional inapt incapable of doing his job correctly or having any kind of remorse for something at this point I think its their fault but Im not sure that was fast forward October 8th my dad goes down there guys talking to the manager I mean there was $1,100 spent here not sure what the problem is with the vehicle but it drove in here and now its broken wont drive out here can you tell me if I dont live it today youre going to tow it so my dad argues with him for a little bit and he agreed to let the car stay there for Wednesday my dad will October 9th me and my dad went down I towed car to my apartment....... My dad is not a professional mechanic by any means have no electrical testing equipment no professional training but a little bit of elbow grease and ingenuity sound if there was a fuse in the fuse box under the hood that was blown so my dad went back on the Midas with the car so why did you do this to myself why would you treat him like this $1,100 the car drove in here you guys obviously crossed up the wires or did something to blow one of the main fuses at work even professional enough or Curtis enough to find out what you f***** up never go to this place ever again because.

If you are going to hire young mechanics who have terrible attitudes who act as though they doing you a favor to work on your car will not speak to you but spent at least half the one hour or less service time which I was charged $100 for a speaking with his friend and co worker stoppinmg all work repeatedly. I am referring specifically to the skinny white kid who looks very much like a Methamphetamine addict. I provided my own Parts they only provided about 45 minutes labor yet I was charged for two full hours of service time. I ask they clean my battery contacts and was told they did but they only sprayed something on it no satisfactory work whatsoever. your company is only as good as your employees so be more deliberate when you hire people if they look like trouble they are trouble and that kid looks like trouble. I wouldnt hire him to cut my grass.

I started coming here since last year in March. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They do a courtesy tire rotaion and engine check included with my oil change with oil filter standard for $29.99 with coupon. What a great deal right! Takes about 40-1 hour depending on how busy, place is pretty clean than most. I recommend this place. :)

I would NEVER in my life recommend Midas to anyone, ever. took my car in for an oil change and was told I needed struts, took my car to a couple other places for second opinion and was told there is nothing wrong with my struts, come to find out they have inexperienced lube techs diagnosing things they know nothing about, they quoted me $700.00 and something for new struts. I wanna say they were trying to rip me off, hoping I wouldnt get a second opinion. makes me wonder if the really did my oil change. DO NOT TRUST MIDAS!!!!!!!

When you think of an mechanic you think of a business that is looking to make a profit. There are places that will rob you blind and tell you things that are not essential to get fixed. That is what I expected of this Midas and I have to say that I was completely wrong. They looked at my car and I said that there might be problems with the brakes. Midas checked over the entire car and they said everything was fine and didnt even charge me for the visit! If I ever need my car worked on I will go back to them because of their honesty!

Misleading customers, discouringing them to make an appointment instead to just walk in and sit for hours. ! They will tell you they are to busy to work on your car after you had a schedualed appointment.Plus my car was mis diagnosed! Very unproffesional and dishonest. I sure miss the previous owner. After coming here for 10 years I will never return.

Like any mechanic they will try to up their price ridiculously for no reason and as with any other you have to negotiate it quite a bit, check your price online compare and go lower they will fix your car well and it will be done fast

I will never go to midas or give anyone recomedation to have estimates or get work done by midas. On 2/5/16 I took my vehicle in because it had exaust leak and was getting worse. They told me I had au nut broken on driverside of manifold, and that they tightened one side of it for temporary fix. I asked how much it would cost to fix? He told me he would have to tear it all apart, then he could tell me how much it would cost. This didnt sit well with me, because their supposed to be a professional exaust company and you would think they could give some kind of estimate. Anyway I had appointment with roseville dodge to fix power steering leak on 2/11/16 while there I asked them to fix the broken exaust nut. They told me they would fix it if they could find it. I asked if they were certain, and they said they checked it out completly. This really blew my mind to think midas would do something like this. It makes you wonder how many people have been ripped off, because the only time they would get caught would be if they took there vehicle somewhere else????? This also brought back a memory of my mom having a bad experience with an exaust system put on her motorhome many years ago. ( a different midas shop) any way I guess you should allways get a second or third opinion to be safe.ps: I was thinking about getting my brakes done there because of the price quote ( iiiiiii dont think so)
