We have purchased two vehicles from CarMax and each experience was very satisfying. If you do your homework and dont get in a rush to purchase an automobile, CarMax is a great place to go. Each time we made a purchase, we were assisted by competent, caring salespersons. Yes, they are there to sell vehicles, but that doesnt mean that they dont make the effort to get you into the best vehicle purchase possible for you.
