The repair was professionally done. I was also made aware of how to take preventive measures to protect my appliances. I will use them again and have recommended them to friends and family.

I called up to ask them about doing a repair on my LG fridge, and he told me over the phone what the problem was. Instead of recommending that he come out to make the a $800 repair, he instead told me to call LG because my fridge was still under warranty for the air compressor and should be fixed free of charge. I called LG, and theyre sending a repairman out tomorrow. This guy made no money off of me, but gave me amazing advice and deserves 5 stars for that alone!

They were an hour late and didnt call. We declined there services! They said 4-6, were an hour over than lied and said, they said 4-7.

This outfit stands out in my mind!.Theyve been out to the house twice. First time, the freezer side in a 12 year old GE was not getting cold. The tech came out, looked it over, and replaced a couple of parts. Total cost-$300. We were happy with that outcome, as opposed to getting a new fridge. The $50 trip charge was deducted from the overall cost.The second time, the 7 year old Whirlpool gas dryer was not getting hot and the timer was not working. Same tech came by, looked it over, and concluded the dryer was not worth putting any money into, as parts and labor would run about $300.I appreciated the straight talk, but what I really appreciated was he waived the $50 trip charge...he said hed call the office and to not worry about a payment.Bottom line with this outfit,WooHoo! As good as it gets!

Charge way too high for part and service. Replaced a burner valve on gas stove which cost around $50. Charge me for $140 and a five minutes or less labor for $120. Total cost me $260!. Never hire this guy again. Disappointed in trusting people.
