This place is Awesome! I have worked with the owner Matthew and he truly cares about his customers. His technician was kind, professional and very knowledgeable & informative about the process we recently went through. I have used Upton Air several times over the years for HVAC, heating, air conditioning, ducts, etc... they have always come through for us. I highly recommend their services!

Wonderful service from Upton Air and its owner, Matt. Upton Air was my second opinion on a furnace issue, Matt spent a great deal of time diagnosing and giving me multiple options. The most important thing I felt from the visit was that he was truly honest and wanting to help. This is a sharp contrast to many companies who just want to sell you a product/service. Without coming out and saying so, the main feeling I got from Matt was that he was looking to make customers for life not just that day, or that problem, and so we will be continuing to use Upton Air as well as recommending them.

Excellent customer service. They were able to fix my system and explained everything they were doing. I highly recommend Upton Heating and Air.

He was on time, calling earlier to inform of his estimated arrival time. Knowledgeable. Answered my questions. Reported his findings and explained the significance of the numbers. He had a cleaning product for the “grids?” that I had not seen used before. He hosed that product off and hosed the rest of the unit and then wiped it down (dual or package unit). I would give him a 10 out of 10 evaluation.

Aaron was great. He was professional, and kept my dogs in check when they wanted to lick him to death. :)Looking forward to seeing him for my next maintenance.

The tech was able to service our unit and provide the general maintenance it needed. Additionally, he took the time to explain how to keep the unit running efficiently.

Awesome service. Showed up early. I could hear all the debris being sucked out of the ventilation system, you knew bits of drywall and wood were in there. the technician was great, knowledgeable and had some really good suggestions about issues we were having. I highly recommend Purest Clean and I will use them again.

Matt was by far the best ! We got quotes from other people and his price for the quality was the best. Most people quote you low to pull you in but then add on after. Be aware, he does not. He explained everything as to what i would need and was up front . Every day they were here, they were nice, professional, and my dog loved them! Haha IWas dreading having guys in and out of the house but actually it was rather pleasant. I hardly noticed them and NEVER felt uncomfortable.

I called Upton Air, I have used them before. Showed up on time. Checked in prior to arrival to let me know they were on the way. Matt asked me what the issue was. 20 mins later I have AC in my office. Extremely reasonable pricing. Very friendly service on the phone. I would and have recommmended them to my friends. Matt was extremely attentive, quick and beyond helpful. I had 4 quotes and he was the winner ! He was up front and honest about everything, explained the process and was not pushy. I have been working with Upton Air for several years now with great satisfaction. Shortly after taking control of a shaved snow/gelato business in Carmichael called Vampire Penguin, my HVAC unit crashed just as summer kicked into high gear. Upton Air responded promptly and quickly diagnosed the issues with the machine. The original time frame for replacement was about 3 weeks, but due to the diligence of Matt and Rosalind, they were able to find a unit locally and coordinate the install. So in a few words: dependability, competence, fair pricing. Bravo Upton Air !

I will always give his company 5 stars because they deserve it! Mathew and Rosalind were amazing to work with. They are prompt, courteous and extremely responsive. Mathew treats his customers with respect and is always friendly and a pleasure to deal with . Mathew helped me to get my HVAC unit replaced after a very tough year and when expenses were tight he and his company were helpful, even gave financing options and were informative and genuinely cared about me as a customer. The work was perfect (Mathew also replaced all of the ducting in my home when I bought it 2 years ago) and my HVAC is working great. I highly recommend this company they are amazing! Will definitely recommend and use again!

Had a furnace replaced. Everyone at Upton Air was incredibly friendly and professional, showed up exactly when they said they would, great around my dogs, and work was completed ahead of schedule. Will certainly be going back when it comes time to replace my aging A/C and any other HVAC needs.

He was so good with my kids asking a million questions and did an amazing job. My carpet looks brand new and with two boys in the house that’s saying something!

The initial bid that I accepted was for a Trane system. However, Upton Air was not able to procure Trane so they offered a new bid for American Standard which I accepted. The contract had a few errors that were promptly corrected. During the install, helpers did some substandard work which Matt corrected. The 5 ton condenser unit was rated at 18 SEER by American Standard but the Energy Tag listed it at 16 5 SEER. Still not sure why. The system install took two more days then initially predicted. The system operation is very good. We have scheduled the Title 24 and final permit signed, then we can submit for a Roseville Electric rebate.

I have worked with Upton Air for many years. Matt is tremendously talented and knowledgeable, as well as a very nice guy. Use them.

The issue with the thermostat was resolved and the system is working well. Matt was prompt and professional, as usual.

Matt came to my house to try and get my heat working. I have a very old unit so I knew it would be difficult. He found the problem and started calling suppliers to find the part. He found the part in Stockton and went to pick it up. When he returned he installed the part but the unit wouldnt stay on. I told him I would pay for what he had done so far and asked for an estimate for a new unit. He said no. He really wanted to get my unit working. After trying a few more things the unit stayed on. When he put the covers back on the unit worked just fine. Because the unit is so old, he checked the house for carbon monoxide. He recommended that I get a carbon monoxide alarm.I will be using Matt and Upton Air in the future. Matt was very professional and cared about my safety. He worked on my unit for over 3 hours so I could have heat.
