Our experience with this company (they installed new AC unit about a year ago and came to do maintenance today) has been nothing short of awesome! From the customer service to speedy and thorough work of the technicians, it’s all been a great experience. And not to mention, after saving for several months to get this new AC, it runs like a champ and worth every penny. We highly recommend Gallagher’s!

Ryan was on time, courteous and very thorough during the AC maintenance service. He also showed us a comparison of our current starter that came with the unit and an upgraded one. Based on the findings, we decided to upgrade in order to ensure that our current system will have the best chance at lasting longer. There was no pressure to buy, just information so that we could make an informed decision. We were very happy with the service.

I rarely write reviews, but this company experience was highly disappointing. We had paid monthly to be a part of Gallaghers Shamrock Plus Club membership which is supposed to give you Ultimate Priority Status for repairs, per their website. PLEASE, DONT WASTE MONEY ON THIS PLAN!!!We had scheduled a repair for a Friday afternoon, and I postponed a trip to Lassen to be there for the technician. Gallaghers called us the night before to confirm that they would be there, and then I called them Friday morning to confirm that someone was still coming. Their staff said everything looked great and someone would be there after lunch. At about 3pm I called them to make sure someone was still coming, and the staff member (Naomi?) said Ohhh, it looks like we have you scheduled but a tech isnt assigned to this job. She apologized, and said it was because my family had set another appointment scheduled for next week at the same time. (None of this was brought up the night before when they called us to confirm that they were coming, or when I called them to make sure they would be there!!). Gallaghers staff did nothing but say Im sorry, do you still want to keep your appointment next week?, and my family postponed a trip to sit at a house and wait for no one to show up, after they called us to confirm someone would be there, and we called them twice to confirm. This is all after paying to be part of their Shamrock Plus Club.Please save your money, and dont waste it on this Shamrock Club membership. It had zero value when it was time for the company to act on it. Its easy for A/C companies to treat customers poorly when things are busy and everyone needs A/C work, but I learned my lesson with Gallaghers. They had my family in a position where we had no other choice at this point, and took advantage of it. It was amazingly disappointing for me, and the rest of my family.****Yes, its under my Mothers name. We were getting her house ready to sell. I spoke with her and she doesnt want to deal with this any further. Thank you, but I think our family wants to close the book on this one.****

I came home to find the ceiling of my daughter’s closet being held up with a stick! Apparently the tech had to cut the attic entrance bigger for some reason, which I did not approve beforehand. My daughters room and bed was covered with insulation, crooked registers, bowed registers, black screws used on white registers, plaster damage around registers, insulation hanging out of registers, they installed a new register inches away from the central air intake and to top it off I came home to all the packing materials from my new unit left all over my yard! I have called week after week to have these issues resolved and nobody returns my call. I expect better customer service with the price I paid! Wishing I would have used a different company!

These guys have the most annoying radio commercials that I have ever heard, and it gets played all of the time. I tried to tell them how much I disliked it, and was ignored and brushed off, basically getting the impression that it is intentionally annoying. Who wants to hear the same poorly sung Christmas carol with the lyrics changed all year !?I will never use their services specifically because of how terrible the commercials are. Guys, please change your jingle.

I went with this company based on the good reviews they got on this site but I would say Using them was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. I recently paid 18k for a new heating and AC System and had them updated the insulation in my roof as well. I will just highlight the major problems without boring everyone.1. Once they get your money they could care less if your system is working or not. Their install rep Morgan is so stuck up that even if you called, left messages, and emailed she wouldn’t respond. Our system broke 1 week after installation and I had to chase after her down like she was some celebrity and when I finally got ahold of her, her response was “I saw your call and your emails but my lunch and meeting are way more important than responding.”2. Poor workmanship the insulation was not even filled to the top like it was suppose to. Since they ran out of materials on the day of instillation they just left it 3/4 of the way full. If I the AC didn’t brake and another inspection was not done we would have no idea that the insulation was not completed. They would had just left it that way. The duck work and sealing were not competed either.3. Poor management. After receiving such poor service, trying to get them out there to finish filling up the insulation and duct work was a struggles as well. No one followed up on the work that needed to be done and appointments would be cancel over and over. The mangers would say they would follow up but they never do. Even when after talking to their owner he didn’t even give a proper apology I never got one for that stuck up install rep Morgan as well.So based on experience I would never ever use this company again. Not only did that cause me a world of stress but also jeopardise my family health as well. The install process from start to finish took about 2 months. Who knows how long it would have take if I wasn’t proactive.

John Hudson did our inspection and service. He is an excellent technician and ultimate professional. He was efficient, conscientious, and overall what I want in a professional. He inspected my equipment and took pictures so I would see and understand. He came back to do a thorough cleaning and it was an excellent outcome. Would recommend John and his company to anyone looking forheating and air technician.

Would have given five stars, except I asked the gentleman to be careful with the rain gutter on our house. They are customized rain gutters. He put the ladder against the rain gutter to get up on the roof. I did not like that. I hope my rain gutter is not dented. I will have to check that tomorrow. The employee was very friendly, very professional and very courteous. He took all safety precautions in watching for our health.

We had a new HVAC system installed by Gallagher’s last October. The scheduling, financial planning and installation all went great and everyone was really friendly. When we had our inspection done to obtain the final permit, there was one minor correction that needed to be made. The inspector told me that Gallagher’s would be calling to set up an appointment to make that correction and then he would be back out after to finalize everything. I waited a week and hadn’t received any calls from Gallagher’s, so I text the man we purchased the system from to inquire and make sure I got the information correct from the inspector because I hadn’t heard anything. He let me know he would get in touch with the office for them to call me to set up an appointment. A few more weeks passed and I still hadn’t heard anything, so I just called the office myself. I was transferred to the voicemail of someone that could assist in setting up an appointment and left my call back information. A month later, and still no call back so I called back again. I explained the situation to the receptionist and I believe she transferred me over to the manager. I again explained the situation and what I needed to have done and he told me that I would be receiving a call the next day to get something scheduled. A week later, my husband received the call and we scheduled for someone to come out the next day. The fix took 15 minutes but it took almost 3 months to make it happen, which is disappointing. Our system works great and everyone that we spoke to and worked with were very friendly, which is wonderful but I shouldn’t have had to call as many times as I did and wait for as long as we did to get a 15 minute fix completed. I believe my experience shows that there is an improvement opportunity in regards to customer service.

I have used Gallagher’s for a few years now and have NEVER had anything but an amazing experience. When my A/c went out last year in the middle of a heatwave, they fixed it for me and got my family cool and sleeping again. This year my 60 year old unit decided it was time to go to HVAC heaven(Ya I got my monies worth lol) I called Gallagher’s and the next morning I had a tech out to help. I am big on reviews and when a companies major majority of their reviews are 5 stars you know they are amazing in a day when Customer Service is lacking. However, some people are just not possible to please. For those people who always have a negative experience or review for everything in their life, I suggest you look in the mirror for what causes it.I can assure you, if you give Gallagher’s your trust and business, you will not be disappointed and you will find your lifelong HVAC company like I did.

This company is great to work with. From the maintenance technician, to the Salesman, to the installers, all of the staff was easy to work with, forthright, up-front, timely, talented and clean.Steve Nevarez (Salesman), Colt (installer) and Devin (installer) had good communication with each other so there were no hiccups or missteps along the way. I was impressed with how well the entire project team created a seamless install of my new heating and air unit. I never felt rushed, pushed or put-out in any way. Everyone was very accommodating of my time, and at no time did anyone stand around doing nothing.I am witness to the corporate slogan in action today. Truly The Stand Up Guys - bravo!PS: I reached out to a lot of people I trust, in the new home building industry, to check the equipment and prices I was quoted from Gallaghers. Before I told those people what price I was quoted, I asked them what they thought a screaming deal price would be. Gallaghers still beat their price point. It cant get much better than that.

Gallaghers offers no nonsense super friendly service. Kevin did an amazing job inspecting my aging HVAC system at our house (15 year old components) and let us know exactly whats in good order and whats looking like its nearing end of life. Not only that, but without pushing any sale, he answered all of my questions and I asked for a follow up, which was done the next day with another advisor to help develop our next generation HVAC system at our house. There was no ask to commit to anything, just suggestions on how things can be improved and save money in the long run (energy efficiency has come a long way in 15 years). I highly recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs!

Had installed a new Daikin furnace and condition systems. Gallaghers is very professional and their work is great. The furnace was down after a week. After two tries getting the new furnace working again without luck, Gallaghers has offered to replace with a new furnace because of their client satisfaction policy. I am very happy with such policy!

Must be a big company...felt a little lost in their operations. The first install crew was the best service we had, but company switched up the people on the last day, so I was not overall very happy with the handling of the order. The end was rushed and not the best quality. No one really checked that we were happy with the services other than offering for us to leave this review. Size of the job and respect we gave to them was not valued or returned.

The old owners did not replace the AC stand and the ducks in the new system were old and was leaking onto the roof. They finished the job within two days and did a good job. Price was reasonable. They didn’t not need to use a crane which saved us almost 1,000.

Steve showed up on time and was very personable and professional. I even received a text prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way. During the visit Steve was knowledgeable and explained each step so that I had a better understanding of what was going on. I really appreciate it as I don’t know anything about hearting and air. I called to get the 20 point tune up advertised on a mailer. When the tech was “done” after less than an hr, I asked him if he did all 20 things on the tune up list and he said he had. The next day my son came by and let me know he absolutely did not apply a rust protection which is one of the things on the list.I do not see how he could have done most of the 20 things in less than an hr. He did take pics of all the things that needed repair or replacement and then tried to upsell me a new unit bc mine was 15 yrs old. I pulled the ppwk it is 12 yrs old. At that point I didn’t want anything else from Gallagher but him gone. Waste of $79

Had a couple other companies come out to checkout our furnace and condenser unit. One company never got back to us with a quote and the other was good but not as helpful as Gallagher’s. Our technicians name was Thomas Cooper and he went above and beyond with excellent customer service! He explained everything to a tee and told us about all of the Pistons Gallagher’s offered. He asked me to rate his service from 1-5 and I gave him a 10!

I am so blown away by the great service I got today! STEVE NEVAREZ, Senior Technician was such a big help to me. He assisted me with my 26 year old A/C unit, he explained everything in great detail and used terms that I could understand and importantly he didnt even mind my recording the appointment so that I might refer back to the details (in case of brain fade😉), he also changed my air filter, then he even offered to take out the trash! He was amazing! When he determined what the problem was he then made arrangements for AARON WARREN, Comfort Advisor to come to my house that same afternoon, AARON went over all my options making it easy for me to understand, unfortunately I needed to replace my entire unit, its old and outdated and some parts are hard to find, after weighing out all my options the best solution was to replace it, today is Tuesday and the new unit will be here as soon as Thursday so excited! As he was leaving he asked if there was anything I need help with, both of these representatives were absolutely great! You just dont see this kind of old fashioned customer service anymore, its so nice to that it still exist, thank you gentlemen.... P.S. they both smelled good wearing quality cologne 😊

Our technician was Thomas. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. After the inspection he explained everything clearly and with pictures. He was also kind enough to patiently repeat everything for my husband who was not available for the initial explanation. He wore all the proper safety gear to protect us and himself. Carl was on time and got right to work. He had to go into the attic (115 degrees), first, then AC outside. I am the talker and he was courteous, but stuck to his work. He let me watch while he did all of the necessary system part checks. He answer my question about the purpose of one of the parts and how it worked in the system. His explanation was clear and understandable, even for me, the non-technical math guy. I found Carl to be pleasant, courteous and professional. He even talked to me a little bit, but only after he was finished. If in the future I need help with my AC, I will call Gallagher’s/Park Mechanical and ask them to send Carl.

I took advantage of their donate 5 cans and we’ll check your heater for $29 offer. The guy that came was very professional and thorough. He spent a long time cleaning out my heater and checking it to make sure everything was running properly. He also checked my ac unit and let me know which parts probably should be replaced soon to maintain the longevity of my unit. He explained what he was looking for when he was examining it and things to watch out for so that everything runs nicely. He even took care to wear boot covers in the house so not dirty my floors. Would definitely go to this company again in the future for my HVAC needs.

Extremely poor. Never showed up numerous times. Took 3 days for a 1 day installation. We were told one thing by someone and the opposite by someone else.Was at least $10,000 OVER normal price. They left 10 screws in the street. They oversprayed a white panel in the street, which they did come back with 3 guys and ate up the asfalt to remove the white. We had to wait 45 minutes on hold. They put a piece of wood on the ground underneath the condenser to make it level. We still dont know how to use the thermostat after 5 months.Gallagher should not be in business. They will never be on my property again.1 star is way too ooo much

Steve from Gallagher’s Plumbing, Heating, AirCon came to do a “Tune Up” on my HVAC unit. He explained everything in detail, answered all questions, was professional and respectful throughout, took great care with mask/shoe coverings/distancing and safeguards. At every step he checked before he did anything or went anywhere inside or outside the house. I can’t express how impressed I am. Lucky I got a flyer in the mail because I was trying to find someone to provide service in my area!

I was very impressed by the quality of the job when my hot water heater was replaced. It was a very old unit, and it was in a narrow closet in the hallway between two bedrooms. Extensive work had to be done to bring it up to code. I was impressed with professionalism and skill of the installer. I would highly recommend this company again!

The technician arrived promptly. They were friendly and very professional. The inspection was thorough and detailed information was provided. Some concerns arose with my unit, so the technician shared the concerns but did not try to force a sale out of me. They set up a conversational meeting so I could get more details about the issues and some options for repair or replacement, strongly prefacing that it would not be a sales pitch.I was happy with the service, time to complete the service and the customer care taken during my appointment.

Park mechanical was very helpful in getting our air conditioner replaced, and this was the second time they helped us, because four years ago they also did an excellent job. This time, they immediately took care of our problem and provided excellent value with pricing of the New unit, and when they didn’t have our unit in stock, they upgraded us for free to the better unit (two stage).The air conditioning unit was in a difficult location, so they decided to use a crane, which they also included for free. They keep their work very professional, and promised everything they delivered.

To reply in my review. Yes. The technician (whos name I dont remember) moved heaven and earth to get the part delivered next day so he could fix my furnace they day before Thanksgiving. His original estimate was the Monday after Thanksgiving, but I was HOSTING Thanksgiving and my house was 50 something degrees!He worked tirelessly to find the part locally and was back at my house the next morning, part in hand and my house warmed up to comfortable, and Thanksgiving was saved!

It is a wasted day to wait for technician to show up and I thought they were going to show up by two but it was 2:40. It says that a new air filter was put in, didnt happen, and I was under the impression that coils inside and out would be cleaned under this tune up but only the outside which I clean myself and this is why only three stars. The technician was friendly and done the job he came to do so nothing bad there. Just feel that I could have used that money better as the only reason for the tune up so the inside coils would be cleaned.

Bought new air condition / heater with one year service agreement. 5 months later received letter they would no longer service our area for the maintenance agreement. Two weeks later (today) nothing works.At the time of purchase, they told my husband this was the best unit on the market and same with thermostat.We now have to call other companies to come out to repair because Park Mechanical is too busy.Highly do not recommend.

Their dedicated to the community caught my attention, and their great service and employees won my business. They were collecting food for local food banks and offering tune ups. I was impressed that they would choose to give back to the community through their business.Eventually our system needed replacement (it was several decades old), and they were great. They really wanted us to have the best system for our house. They didnt try to pressure us into more than we needed, and they made sure we fully understood everything before we made a decision.When it came time for all the work, they made sure there was a minimal impact on the house. They took the time to cover and protect everything before they started and were careful to remove every trace. Technician Steve was extremely thorough and spent a good deal of time to show me his concerns about my two hvac units. That said, every time Park comes out for a complimentary inspection, every time, 100% of the time, they find an issue that requires a repair. Too predictable... their drive to a sale.

Amar inspected the a/c compressor and found a leak. He corrected what he could to get a/c working again, and will return in a month to inspect the results of tracking the leak to its source. That will determine if full repair can be made or use warranty to get new product.

Service person arrived on time for my 59.00 routine yearly check. Before he left my bill was around 430.00. He said had notice a wire attached to convertor was frayed and had a new one in his truck. I had him replace it. My concern was when he showed the old part to me, it looked new. The area were the wiring was visible was clean, and shining, the convertor looked new, also. I mention that to him also. Six months prior I had a service repair man fix my ac. I am concerned I was scammed out of 367.00 but without the part (he took it ) its a moot point now.

AC went in middle of worst heat wave ever in Sactown. I called Park Mechanical (Galagher) and unlike other places, were available for same day service. Benjamin was polite, professional and tidy. Found issue right away, gave estimate to fix and off we went! Would definitely want Benjamin working on my system if something else ever goes wrong...

After spending over $30k for a complete new system that was recommended by Park Mechanical less then 2 years ago, we had our first breakdown of a component going out (no AC). The service has always fairly good for basic annual maintenance. Technicians were professional and courteous. During this last fix it visit, I had to pay full price for the breakdown plus the service fee. Then I was exposed to their annual fee program, so I could get discounts off services and parts. I believe it was mentioned a few times. I would think a brand new unit of recommendation and spending $30k would at least have 5-7 years of good service. My old unit was 12 years old before it started having issues... Then I was told I needed 2-3 extra components over $1k that would help prevent the issue I just had... Just not made like there used to... Its like buying a brand new car and saying if you add these accessories the car will start every-time...

Gallagher has a very professional friendly and helpful sale personnel aka Comfort Advisor, Aaron Warren. He explained all the options without any sales pressure. He even contacted a financial company to help us with a new HVAC system. If it wasn’t for Aaron we would not be upgrading our HVAC.
