Bless you, LOVE and CARE HEATING and AIR. While temps outside are headed to 110 degrees my 2 story house is 72 degrees. It would even be cooler if I lowered the thermostat. I had my very old non-efficient system replaced in March or in the nick of time as it is very hot out there. Chris was amazing as he looked over my old system and came up with a much better one so that my Master bedroom would finally be cool. The old system was horrible and had never cooled the Master bedroom leaving us sleeping in the kids room for most of the summers before. I had done my homework prior to ever interviewing any air conditioning company so felt pretty confident choosing them after all 5 interviews were done. Love and Care Heating and Air won out because of their approach and knowledge of my ailing and somewhat dangerous system. They showed up as promised with a complete and impressive crew. Marshal and Jeff earned my trust and kept me informed at all times. They took pictures as I requested and Jose and Tyler went above my expectations. I have now had this system working flawlessly since March and couldnt be happier. I had an opportunity to call them in May over a minor issue and they came right out, address the problem and coming up with a wonderful solution. They are a amazing company. Our air conditioner broke down in August. During high heat temps. I called, they scheduled me quickly. EVERYONE I talked to was amazing to work with. There was no pressure put on me to purchase with them. They gave me all the info necessary plus some, to make sure we could make a well informed decision. Purchasing a brand new unit from them was the best thing I did. They were on time, courteous of me, my time and my home during these crazy times. Yesterday with these high winds my thermostat went out. Again, I called they scheduled me right away and in less than 24 hours our thermostat was working again. We had Love & Care out last summer to replace an HVAC system in our guest house. It was over 20 years old. They came out and got everything installed and running perfect. The new system is quieter and more energy efficient.

On contacting Love and Care they were up front with me on the phone. I already knew what the problem was and conveyed to the agent. He did not say like most of the other companies, We cant take other peoples diagnosis, we have to come out ourselves to make our own diagnosis, and that will be $140.00 for the visit. They took the part number which I had already researched, and gave a price we agreed upon. When the part came in they called and we set a day and time and serviceman came, repaired the furnace and accepted my debit card and he was on his way. If anyone is looking for HVAC service Love and Care will be the first only name I can give.

I had 5 quotes done to replace the 30 year old system. Chris was the only one who took pictures of the attic. He patiently explained and drew what needs to be done to get an efficient system running. He then gave a good price for the job. (No pressure at all) We agreed on the date. Two polite guys, Lucas and Marshal with their white t-shirts, showed up at the door. They immediately started to work. They worked through the 96 degrees inside and outside the attic. By the end of the first work day, their t-shirts were soaked with sweat and dirt. These guys had the energizer batteries, they kept on going. Derek and Mark came to assist Marshal for the little tasks later. Marshal was the super man of them all. This project is intense. I highly recommend the team. I salute this trades people! They cleaned up as well and now we are enjoying our new unit. Thumbs up all the way!

We had Chris give us a second opinion about our heater and he did a very thorough job. We got the best price in town and a great unit. The guys that came to install were wearing gloves, masks and booties to keep my carpets clean and to protect us in light of this VIRUS. They put up plastic and were very courteous. They worked diligently and cleaned up every spec of dust when they were done. We are very pleased we with the quality of equipment and their honesty and integrity. We would highly recommend Love & Care Heating and Air Conditioning. We have had at least 3 other companies service our system in the past. These guys are the best! Look no further, hire them!

This is the first HVAC company that I have used where I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. I knew I was on borrowed time before I needed to replace my system so it wasn’t a surprise when my ac went out. They came out and explained all of the options (repair vs replace) and the pricing levels. I didn’t feel any pressure from them and the pros and cons were laid out in a matter-of-fact style. Because we intend on staying in our house for another 20+ years, we decided to get a new unit. The pricing was very fair and they started the work the very next day. All of the employees were very polite and respectful and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. I highly recommend using them!

This might be a somewhat unusual review because I ended up not using their services. But that was not because of anything Love & Care did wrong. In fact, I would have totally gone with their offer. Circumstances for me changed last minute, thats all.Having said that, I will mention that of all the vendors that came by to give me an estimate, they were one of the most professional and courteous vendors. Chris was very knowledgeable and upfront on the costs and expected services. He was very thorough in explaining the technology and answering all my questions. And for all that, I give them 5*!!!

So of course as soon as a heatwave hit, my AC sat there like a stone in the yard. I have three children at home, and being without air in a 90 degree weather is not an option. Amazing company, amazing service! We came home from the coast on the hottest day of the year and found our A/C had imploded. Love & Care came over the next morning to bid on our job and supplied us with a portable A/C unit which took the heat edge off. They were in the next day and installed new units inside and out.Their install team was great, explained everything as I spent the day looking over their shoulder. New system is way more efficient. And, they came back and addressed some duct issues that THEY felt were important to upgrade..no cost.I cant recommend them enough. Totally satisfied.

I had used company before to check thermostat. So i promised to call again for maintenance.I made appt, confurmed appt morning of and called back to remund them of shoe coverings.They never responded to appt.I waited till I had to report back to work. I called to report tech for not showing up. And of course they said they forgot me!!Some unreliability for sure. I belive tech got mad over shoe coverings.They kept calling wanting me to miss more work.For me screw the 40 dollar deal. Like the saying goes, u get what you pay for. Back to fox family!

Chris came out and gave a very detailed drawing and step by step description of what needed to be done to upgrade our hvac system. Next day the crew came out and started. The crew started next day. A very courteous and clean crew. They cleaned up after the install very professionally. They also installed a whole house fan. After the install Jose walked us through the install and how to use the new thermostat. Left no stone unturned. I really appreciated Chris drawing and patiently answering all of our questions about our hvac system. They also placed the system in a place where maintenance is more accessible. We had Love and Care Heating and Air replace our 30 year old heat pump and duct work in the fall. The old system was so inefficient we couldnt afford to run it. Now that a couple months of SMUD bills have come, we can see that the new system runs at less than half the cost, seriously, and we are warm and comfy now. So glad we chose Love and Care Heating and Air for the service we needed. They are a local business, and they live in the area. I basically had my entire heating and air conditioning system replaced. The house and the old HVAC system is 17 years old. We have a two-story house at about 2600 sq ft. It had an old cheap, dual system. Meaning it would heat the upstairs, then switch to heat the downstairs using two thermostats. The heating was better than the air conditioning. It took forever to cool the home during 100-degree weather, and it tool a lot of money to do this.The process of meeting with the Love and Care team and discussing our needs was fantastic. Christopher, the owner/senior technician and Derek reviewed our options. They listened to what we were hoping for, and in a step by step process; guided us to make our own decision. They had some very good printed aides that gave us the time to review our options. By the way, Christopher is excellent at drawing! You’ll be amazed. They explained the differences in equipment, the efficiency of each unit and how they will function. He allowed us to customize our purchase to matched what we were comfortable to spend on a new system. Yes, it is very true! You get what you pay for!The installation process was just as described by Christopher. The technicians were prompt, courteous and very proficient. Marshal, Beau, Tyler and Russell(?) treated our home with care. They wore shoe protectors and laid protective drop cloths from the door all the way to the access point in the attic. They had the heater working by the end of the day. It was very toasty, that first night. The next day, they finished the install of the air conditioning unit et al. Note: they had to go through the attic to install the new electrical for the ac. A needed upgrade per codes. They finished in the afternoon. Excellent job, the guys were great!I must say, the technicians were very helpful in making the necessary decisions to get the install correct for our home. They were very helpful in the placement of the new thermostat that replaced the two old ones. They answered every question we had about how to take care of the equipment, and concerns about location and placement of the new equipment. They also installed dampers to redirect the air flow to make our home more comfortable.Finally, the equipment we chose includes 4 service visits. These will occur pre-summer and pre-winter, to check on the system and make sure it is working correctly. We will partake in the Love and Care Maintenance Program to make sure our HVAC stays in top condition for years to come. We are looking forward to a long relationship with this local company.

The best! We realized our AC wasn’t working around 2am on Saturday and found Love and Care randomly online. They have a chat feature on their website and my husband explained our situation on the chat around 5:30am and got a call within 5 mins from Tim saying they would send someone out after they opened. Chris, the company’s owner, came to our home around 11am, and got to work right away. He diagnosed, took photos of the areas with damage, and explained his recommendations, what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. We definitely know much more about how our system is supposed to work. Our installers, Jose and Anthony, were on time. They were neat in appearance and in their work. Best in town!My parents house HVAC system was ok for an 18 year old system but definitely could be much better and needed replacing soon. I got a referral to Love and Care Heating and Air for a second opinion and Chris came out and did a thorough inspection of the HVAC system. He found a serious problem with the system when he detected a small crack which leaks out small amounts of carbon monoxide when the heat is turned on. Other techs did not mention it. He explained in excellent detail where a grade school level child could understand. He was patience with our questions as well. We decided to have them replace the 18 year old systems and the technicians that came out were awesome. Chris, you hired the right people. Anthony and Beau were professional, courteous and neat. They got the whole system replaced in a day. We had some follow up concerns about some rooms not cooling well and a lot of air flow from the 2nd floor coming down to the 1st floor. After the request to have someone come out again, Beau promptly came out the next day. He diagnosed the issue and solved it avoiding going another route which is a lot more work and a lot more money. Talk about awesome customer service! Our heater went out right before New Years. They set me up for an appointment for the 2nd, but called me back a few hours later to see if I was available for the technician to come by! Chris came over and pronounced my 23 year old furnace dead (not a surprise!). He explained the problems in detail, along with accompanying pictures. We discussed replacement HVAC units and he explained the benefits and differences between all the units. They came back on Friday and promised us that we would have heat by the time they left (YAY!!) My furnace unit is in the attic, so this was no easy feat! They took care to protect everything and cleaned up after. They had to come back on Monday to finish the A/C part, but I did have heat! These guys are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!
