Original installer of new equipment on a new home and we have had freon leek since day one (4 going on 5 years), their solution is to do freon top up. Last year they put a dye into the system to locate and maybe seal the leak, which we had to pay for. Issue is back this year I called spoke with someone briefly also left a VM, text message and now they dont answer. I would not recommend for any A/C work. I am in the process of taking legal action against JMC and this company.I am hoping to get a professional in and get the job done correctly without any major damage to the coils which they may have caused due to not addressing the issue correctly.
