I feel like I have been taken advantage of. Today was supposed to be my second time getting acrylics and I was so excited. I called twice to make an appointment and check prices, and they said that they would remove my old acrylics for $15, and getting new ones done would be $50, for a total of $75 (they either did the math wrong or they were trying to scam me before I even came in). When I sat I could tell that the lady who was doing my nails had an attitude (I understand a little bit of Korean, so I could hear her complaining the whole time). Not only she didn’t remove the old acrylics, she didn’t do the type of nails I asked for. I’m new to acrylics, but I know they’re not supposed to last one day. After less than 24 hours, one of the nails broke off already, since it’s so thin and flimsy. They also charged me $75 just for the nails, without removing the old ones. Their prices aren’t listed on their website, and they could easily change it inside the salon, so it’s very easy for them to scam people. I feel like because I am young and had my younger sister with me they took it as a chance to get over on me. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning to this establishment, and I don’t it recommend to anyone.In the pictures you can see the broken nail, how thin the nails were, and the previous acrylic on the underside of the nail. There is also an image of my receipt for proof that I was a customer on this date. I paid $75 for my nails and $30 for my sisters.

Took my mom here for Mother’s Day and I’m astonished at how awful our nails look + how much they charged us on top of the gratuity that’s expected. All of their equipment and storage containers were dirty and unkempt. Staff is a kind of “fake friendly” where they smile to your face and then immediately speak their own language between coworkers right after asking you something, which makes you feel on edge/intimidated. I showed my tech a reference photo for shape and color and they look nothing like the photo (something very basic and straightforward) and my mother told her tech over 3 times that she wanted a light pink polish for her French manicure and they still gave her clear polish and the shape of her nails is unidentifiable. Spare your money and your time because not only was it difficult dealing with staff but the end results are absolutely horrible.

Plain and simple, I had a gel Manicure, 2 days and it started peeling off, one week later and 6 out of 10 already peeled off. Very disappointing.

Enjoyed my time here, i highly recommend this place. Staff are nice and the place is really clean.

Nice place, great ambiance, and FANTASTIC pedicures. The only complaint I have, is the manicure. I love my nails long and theyre usually pretty strong, but my nail tech worked my babies too hard when removing my powder and even with the gel mani they are thin and brittle now. I will still visit as its close to my job, but only for pedicures, and would recommend they soak off powder rather than using the cotton ball/aluminum foil method.

Rye Nails is an excellent nail salon. I will sometimes go there when Fashion Nails - my usual place - is too busy and I’m never disappointed. Everyone is very friendly and very professional. Highly recommended!
