On Fourth of July my car broke down on a very busy street in Los Angeles. I was with my family and everyone was a little nervous and panicky. I googled a local towing company and (insert company here) came and helped out very quickly and got us out of the sticky situation that was caused by our older minivan. Luckily these guys are an awesome towing company and helped out more than I could have imagined. I highly suggest going with them if you need a tow.

I was five miles from their shop and they wanted to charge me 169 dollars for someone to come and jump off my car. Not tow it. Jump it off. I will sleep in my car before paying that kind of money for a twenty minute job. Should be ashamed trying to take advantage of people in a stranded situation.

This company seriously deserves endless stars. Theyre so fast, efficient, and affordable. Very trustworthy and I definitely recommend them.

Poor customer service

Called to get a tow and told them where the pick up was at and drop off and it was in Ruston staying in Ruston going a couple miles down the road and they quoted $236 and some change and they don’t even take cash it’s card only absolutely terrible pricing and beware of these people there overcharging and taking your money.

Way over price called to get a tow 4 miles in Ruston and they quoted 241.00 to do it and they don’t except cash card only.
