My son was about to head home from Tech when he started having trouble with his car. He is pretty handy with a wrench and replaced the battery and alternator with no luck. I called several shops at 8 am and none were willing to look at it. When I called Ace he told me they were pretty full but if I left it he could work it in. When I explained my son had to get home that night, he looked at it immediately and had him going in less than an hour for $110 parts and labor. I wasnt there and they really could have told my son anything and charged us whatever. It says a lot when a shop could cheat you and doesnt. As a side note, I dont know who I talked to but he was the nicest guy on the phone. When my son told me about dropping it off he said That is the kindest guy I have ever met. Will certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

My daughter had an issue with her car not starting. I called these guys and they went to her apartment, got her hood up that wouldn’t open and got her running. Less than half an hour to show and 20 minutes to get her car running. Amazing. She’s been trying for several hours and no one would come and help. I googled it, made a call to the first place that offered 24 hr service and they hooked her up. I’ll be sending her there for ANY service or repairs needed for the remainder of her tenure in Ruston. Most caring honest people I have met in a long time. Completely vulnerable, they could have really scammed me but they treated me fairly and charged reasonable price. And when my son left his critical meds in the tow truck, they overnighted them. Recommend them highly!

Went in to get my front end aligned. They went over and beyond to help me. While doing the alignment the machine messed up on me so they werent able to fix it today. BUT they called around and were able to find me someone else who could do it. Great experience! Very quick responding to where I was approximately 30miles away. Also when calling they were great over the phone and assured me they would help. Will the tow truck driver that arrived on scene was very courteous and nice making sure I was ok. He also did a great job to win my vehicle out that took no time at all. My 09 Accord v6 coupe had an abrupt flashing engine light on my way back in from seeing family in Texas.I live in Monroe, so fortunately I made it most of the way back safely. A *blinking* engine light is more severe than a steady one. It means permanent damage to the engine is imminent.I pull off at the next exit, which was in Ruston, and stopped at the nearest gas station. It was Sunday afternoon, so I just knew I was up a creek without a paddle. I searched for local towing shops and saw Ace was listed as 24hr. Relieved, I call and they had a tow truck to my location within the hour.By 10:30 am the next day, I got a call explaining that one of my spark plugs was fouled up, which was causing the misfire. They asked if I wanted just the bad one replaced, but I told them to go ahead and do all 6.By 2pm, I got the call that my car was ready. Now I have my car back, and its running silky smooth.Ive seen a few reviews complain about their prices, but Im of the belief you get what you pay for, and the service, convenience, and helpful attitudes were plenty worth any premium they may charge.I hate that my car broke down, but Im glad it happened near their shop

Was having trouble with my truck making a loud ticking noise under the hood and brought it to be checked out at ace automotive which was recommended by a good friend. They checked out my truck the same day and had an estimate with a breakdown of repairs that were needed. Had it ready the next day due to ordering parts. Price was exactly as quoted, staff was very friendly, and I felt that they explained everything in language I could understand. I completely trust them with all of my future automotive needs as they properly diagnosed and fixed my vehicle correctly.

Like you, I dont like having to wait or to pay for auto repair. However, when it must be done I have found Ace Automotive to be the best place to go. They are very courteous, quick in their diagnostics and repair; and the cost is fair. They set the bar high on customer service and they have delivered each time I have been there. I had radiator problems on the Interstate and got stranded in Ruston. Overheated and did considerable damage to my motor. Ace towed my Honda to their shop and rebuilt the top half of the motor. I was nervous having a mechanic so far away from my hometown do such an extensive job on my car, but it was too expensive to tow home. Its been a little over a year since Ace did the job and my Honda still going strong with no issues. Price was fair and the customer service was admirable.

Went to school Wednesday to start getting my classroom ready for school next week, and my car started missing when I got ready to leave. We called him on Thursday morning, and his guy came all the way down to Weston from Ruston to pick it up about 11am. Broken valve spring. They hopped right on it. 26 hours later, and it was road ready again. Can’t beat that!! Now I have a ride to get everything ready for my new kiddos! Good guys over there at Ace Automotive!!
