This location was awesome. The staff, Luke and Emily Ann were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Including the lay out, this location is the BEST Ive experienced. Hands down.

I am a 70 yr female in which many people complement me about how I do not look or act my age. I go to Planet Fitness once a week, plus I exercise at home as well. The exercise equipment at Fitness Planet fits my every need, when I finish using many different machines my body is relax. I really enjoy going their for relaxation for my sole, body and mind. Planet Fitness is excellent place to attend it help keeps me healthy and in shape.

I have the nationwide membership. This one is one of the good ones. It wasnt busy at noon Monday. Equipment was maintained. Soap dispensers in the shower is nice. Water takes forever to heat up in the shower.

They took a annual payment. Which when I called to tell them I wanted to suspend my account I was told they would suspend it for 2 months but fell to tell me they would still be taking out my annual had I known I would have just closed my account I dont have 49.29 just to give away. Never joining again!!

Best Fitness Center Ive ever joined. Plenty of great equipment so very rare to wait to use a machine. Always very clean. Top notch staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They create a great atmosphere. I Highly recommend Planet Fitness.

Look... I love the IDEA of Planet Fitness.... But when I had to drop my membership for health reasons I had to personally physically go to a location to do so. I think a national chain with a website you can upgrade your membership on should also have the technology to allow you to cancel an automatic draft after your contract has expired... The people at the Ruston location are great, and I enjoyed doing when I was able, I just wish I would have been able to cancel over the phone or on line.

Love everything ab PF...I love going every day and lost 14 pounds so far!!! Excited to see where this journey takes me thank u PF!!!

Went in to ask about membership. Guy at front desk tells me they have a limited time 7 day risk free trial promo going on. I tried it, just wasnt the place for me, so I told him to cancel it, and he assured me all was taken care of. Well all of the sudden I get hit with a $50 charge. I go in to talk to the employee about it, and hes not in. The guy there then had no idea what was going on, and told me it would be $60 to cancel... Cancel a membership that I didnt have... Super annoying. The price may be tempting, but take your business elsewhere. I was a member at All Hours for 3 years with no issues, and before that had an actual risk free trial at anytime fitness.

I love the fact that the place is so huge and with so many options as far as equipment. The price for membership is economical, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Also, I like the fact that the members are folks simply there for a workout and don’t seem overly concerned with making fashion statements. Of course the wonderful distractions from the numerous televisions (headphone accessible) are great when using the sometimes monotonous feeling treadmill, elliptical, etc. I haven’t been interested in any of the trendy fitness establishments but am so happy I joined PF. I am now addicted...Also, my brother joined at the same time I did but in a different city. We love discussing our workouts along with progress—makes for a nice way to cheer each other’s success. The comfortable and cool environment—love the ceiling fans—is just one more reason to enjoy working out. I 💜 PF

My husband has been a member with Planet Fitness and he went in last month on July 17,2020 and had his account frozen due to the Covid-19 and on today August 14,2020 there is a pending transaction for payment when there should not be which has caused a big inconvenience for me and has created over draft to my account,I am a very unsatisfied customer looking to cancel my membership all together because this is to unprofessional.

Traveling in N LA and wasn’t expecting much, but i have to say this is the cleanest PF that i’ve ever been in. hands down beats my “home” PF; even though it’s newer (~2yrs old), the faculty offers so much more than the PF i usually attend. and to make it better, the staff was friendly & inviting. i’ll certainly be back when i’m back

I cant get enough. I used to go to Anytime Fitness but PF blows it out of the water. Super clean facility, helpful staff and theres just about every workout need filled here. Not to mention the updated and spacious locker rooms. Favorite gym of all time. Make sure to splurge on the black card membership. The hydromassage beds alone are worth it.

Planetfitness is like the dollar general of gyms. This place is best if you are broke or want to do cardio. Its ok if you want to do weights. Their motto is that its a judgement free zone but feels the most judgemental of all gyms Ive been to.

Love this place. The only problem I have is the red light therapy the red light does not come on and thr employees do not seem to know anything about it.

They are constantly cleaning: the building, restrooms, and equipment.
