Always the best customer service, they explain things and wait on you pretty fast. Others stores Im always told you 3 rd in mine or you will hav eto wait to purchase that as we have several people in front of you . Not this store these people move at faster pace and always make me feel aware of what Im getting and doing . Kudos to your sales people at this store

We drove all the way to Russellville from Scott to see Michele as we had heard wonderful things about her. It was absolutely worth the drive. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to put my son and I both in iPhone 12’s and an iPad for almost the same price that we had been paying Verizon for a service that didn’t work. Our new AT&T service works exceptionally well and we love our phones. She was so very nice, took the time to explain the phones and billing to us, and even ensured that all of our information transferred successfully to the new phones. We were very impressed by the service that Michele provided and will drive back to see her for any future needs. She is a wonderful asset to this organization.

Amazing customer service! Go see Sydney! She is so incredibly nice and knowledgeable! You can tell she genuinely cares for the wants and needs of everybody that walks through the door! I was looking at my bill and realized that someone from this store put that I wanted insurance on the new phone I got. I didnt know that I had to TELL the employee not to add extra charges to my account? I made it very clean to the blond lady that was helping me what my bill goal was, and yet she still took it upon herself to just add it..without even asking if it was what I wantedThey also never have good selection on androids.

I had a bad experience calling 611 but Michelle Dean at 1107 N. Arkansas location went above and beyond to help me get this issue resolved. I was upset and ready to cancel all of my services. I was very pleased with the outcome and will continue to visit that location in the future!

I appreciate the speed that I was given in service. It is so hard to get everything done in a lunch break and Michele went above and beyond for me. She was with another customer, but still took the time to great me genuinely, not the fake stuffy kind of greeting. While they were busy looking she excused herself and then asked me what I needed. I will definitely be back to do service with this store. I was worried because it wasn’t the bigger store and that I would not get the service I needed and I would be late back to work. 10/10 would recommend their services.

Sydney Smith at this location has helped me with my cell phone and Netgear Mobile Router issues and saved me! I work at home these days and needed to have everything fixed quickly. She went above and beyond the call of duty every time she worked with me! She is very intelligent and professional and a Super Star!

Michelle worked endlessly on helping me conquer my fear of switching phones again! She was very patient and understanding of my needs and exactly what I wanted. While my phone was downloading, which had not bn done in a while apparently, she was multitasking with other customers and they all seemed so pleased with her expertise! So last week when I went into the store, I was really upset and shocked about how rudely the manger (Michele) was acting toward her employees, in front of customers. I was also disappointed in how unhelpful she was with my phone and how rude she was about.

Michelle was very helpful setting up my new phone, I just purchased from the other location in Russellville. They didn’t seem to have the time to set it up for me. The person who sold it to me, handed me the box and told me I would have to transfer my stuff myself. I will be coming to this location from now on. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time with AT&T.

I had concerns about my first bill. I took it into the store and spoke with Michele. She was very helpful. She explained all the charges in depth and explained why they were the way they were being that I started my service in the middle of a billing cycle. She made sure I was happy with the answers and my service.

The employees at this store are much nicer than other locations I have been too. They are all super helpful and I would rather go to this store, than others.

Have been dealing with AT&T for a week about not getting voicemails. Was on the phone with them for 45 minutes and they were suppose to reset voicemail and call me back never received a callback. Went to store to find a note on the door saying would be back at 3:45 lady showed up and told me she was on lunch. They clearly cannot staff the store from 10-6Update. Thought I would give them another try. Went to store still having issues with voicemail. Same lady in store, told her what was wrong all she said was I needed to call 611. They couldn’t do anything. Went to the other AT&T store across town they talked to technical support and got my phone fixed. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Drive across town and go to other store.

Very upset!!! I came in and started setting up a wireless plan with someone. Had not used any data, did not even have the new phone yet. Was still actually on someone else’s plan, while this new plan had been set up. Came in, had it switched to a firstnet account. Made my first payment to firstnet, now i have a bill from myat&t for 87$?!?! How are you going to charge someone for something they never even used?!? They told me i would not have another bill from myat&t after this one, however, it is saying anothing billing cycle has started on February 4th. If i get another bill after i pay this one, i’m not going to as nice the next round!!! No one is even willing to look into it!!!!

I went into store to see if I could change plan that would lower my payments. Worker lied and said that she had change me to save 75 dollars and if I would get autopay it would lower more. I said cool. Went home and when I went to check my plan on the web site I was being billed about 450. She had changed me to a really expensive plan. Took 2 hours on the phone to change it back . I am really considering changing phone company

Very nice guys working here. No hard sell on expensive phones or upgrades. They didnt have the phone I wanted and got it to the store in a couple of days as requested. This was the week before Christmas so I definitely needed the phone quick for a Christmas present and they delivered. Will be going back for my phone needs.

I am not a fan of AT&T but I went with my friend for some technical support because her home screen stopped she had nothing backed up to Google and there was a man named Matthew in there that usually works in Clarksville that tried several different things with no success. Then he had her create a new password so he could get into her Google and backup everything and factory reset it without her losing her only pictures she had of her daughter that has passed away. He was very friendly and professional and I would recommend HIM to anyone.

Every time i have went to AT&T store there is always a friendly and smiling employee greeting u at the door. They are extremely helpful at fixing ur problem and taking the time to help u understand. The Russellville, at store is great!!!

One person acted as if I didnt know what I was talking about. I have an actual degree in the field and was given run arounds. If you have a bring your own phone device, go to Verizon. Att doesnt allow certain enhancing features on a byop device that a normal branded phone gets. That is although you pay the same amount for either phone. So why pay the same and get less when you can get on Verizon and get those extra features at no added cost.
