I have an IPhone SE. I jumped into the pool with it and didn’t realize it for about 5 minutes. After failing to fix it by drying it out in rice,I took it to Guru’s. Michael was working the counter and he immediately showed me how to tell that my phone had condensation in it. He told me their charge for drying it out and that may or may not fix it. If it needed more work they would contact me and let me know what else it would take and how much the additional charge would be. I left my phone with them. Between 2 and 3 hours later he called and my phone needed some repair and what the cost would be. I told him to go ahead. A short while later my phone was ready. The total time taken was less than 5 hours and the cost was far less than my deductible would have been to get an insurance policy replacement. The folks at Gurus are friendly,informative,and know their business. I highly recommend them.

After I’d called Guru to report my MS Surface Pro screen shattered, they told me exactly what would need to be done, how long the repair would take, and approximate cost - very professional and kind as I was shaming myself for carelessly breaking my screen. When I took it in, they examined it carefully and realized it MIGHT just be the tempered glass protector, that was shattered, and it was! So very grateful to them for their knowledge, care, and friendly customer service! Will return for future computer needs!

Excellent service, professional and friendly. Clean environment and excellent repair. I took my son’s iPhone 8 Plus to have a severely damaged screen fixed. It now looks brand new. Perfect job and I would highly recommend. Well lit business, clean and comfortable to walk into. Fairly priced and I will definitely use them again if needed and recommend to everyone I know.

It’s been long enough for me to feel confident posting a review. A few weeks ago, I was in Russellville and decided it was finally time for me to get my iPhone 6S+ looked at. After telling the lady who worked there my phone’s symptoms, she fixed one issue without charging me and super quickly. Then they replaced my iPhone battery within an hour and it’s been flawless ever since. No complaints whatsoever. Awesome service, awesome folks.
