The Russellville A1 treated me good.. walked me thru my questions & did what they said to the best of their ability with all the coronavirus scenario.It held up shipping but Im pleased with their services.

I went in for a package and was given the poorest customer service EVER! No one should be treated with disrespect. He wasn’t helpful and this wasn’t the first bad experience here. I went in looking for phones and left because he didn’t give any information I asked for. I called thinking someone else was there and it was the same man. The person working here needs to find a different job or take classes for customer service skills. He is always rude and self centered when in fact I’m supposed to be the customer.

I took my iPhone 8 Plus here a couple of weeks ago and they said it would be done in about 45 mins, they were so fast it ended up only being around 25 minutes, and the work they did on the phone was amazing! My phone looks the way it did when I first got it, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to fix their phone screen! They are super nice, and pretty fast, you can walk in and drop off your phone while you run errands!

Ive given one star for cleanliness. The man running the counter was sitting at a desk working on a cell phone when I walked in. I was there to pick up a package. It was not a good experience and he was not helpful when I knew I had a package missing. He was put out for being interrupted from his work at the desk and told me he would not be a pickup location for packages. That was not something he should have shared with me and definitely not my business. I just wanted my packages. I felt as though I was inconveniencing him and I will not be going back.

Cheap parts phone break extremely easier than factory and still doesn’t work right second time around .first time Touch ID worked but no home button “no click”, second home button clicks but barely maybe after a couple then it will catch up and click randomly but no Touch ID

AMAZING! This is the second time I have used A-1 Cellular repair & they were just as amazing as the first time. The first time I had my IPhone repaired. The repair was faster than expected, top quality, & the price was great! This time I had my sons iPad repaired and they finished on time, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. Dakota knew an answer to everything, was professional, and friendly. We ended up ordering a remote replacement for an expensive remote my dog chewed up and it only cost me $40! Plus I bought a few boxes of Girl Scout cookies. This company is overall a favorite of mine and I hope I don’t have to use them again but if any electronic breaks I will definitely use them!

Fixed my phone last year, didn’t need another repair for at least a year. I broke it once and brought it to guru here in Russellville, wasted over $600 for them to purposefully break it. A-1 is where I’m going to fix my electronics from now on. Workers here are friendly and straightforward and don’t try to scam. Screen repairs here are sooo much cheaper than at guru and last so much longer!

I have a Nokia 3.1 plus and have already taken it to these guys to have the screen replaced once,he took his time to find the right screen for it and replaced it as quick as he could. Then I had to have the charger port replaced and was quick about that as well. Recently I cracked my screen again so Ill be taking it to get the screen replaced again in the near future.

They did the best they could.I came in with an iPad Air and took them a week after having the first screen. Then the two screens didn’t work they tried replacing it with, then the new screen looked rippled but I’m sure it’s because it was originally bent.

I came in told them my problem and 30 minutes later im out with my device looking brand new. also the second time i left it there and i got it back the same. very trustworthy. i broke it after they fixed it and when i came back they fixed it free

I BOUGHT AN IPHONE CONNECTOR, within 2 minutes of buying it, I realized that it don’t fit all the way!!!! And when I tried to return it they said “sorry we don’t do returns”, but it won’t fit 100%, and they just took the money and said our policy don’t have return.You can’t sell cheap and poor quality things and then don’t do returns. Worst customer service ever, they just try to be polite and take your money!!

I broke my note 9 back in July. They guy fixed it no issues reasonable price. Ive recently broke it again due to the big open space on the otterbox for a note 9 on the camera and fingerprint. I walked In on my lunch break the dude recognized me fixed my phone on time with a smile you cant find better service! If it happens again i will be back

Threes the charm, I guess, because I tried a couple of other places without getting my phone back to sending photos to my computer. The young woman who helped me at A-1 was quick and friendly and knew the solution. Next smart-phone issue, Ill head to A-1 first!

Came in with a LCD problem, first they had to ship the part in and then assemble it. Now, the problem was they did sew it back right because when I got home, the LCD was glitching and the screen actually became unglued from the rest of the phone. now it works if i hold the phone in certain positions. Im giving it a star because their staff is actually nice

The young lady in there was so kind and got my phone back up and working with a new battery in about 15 minutes. Unlike the exxon store in dardanelle that broke my screen while replacing my battery and made me pay for a new screen! and the battery exxon put in was bad!
