Love the free vacuum but the wash wasnt really worth it I still had bugs on my vehicle and it wasnt as shiny as I thought it would be anywhere

$21.00 car wash was great but did not remove bugs from windshield or front exterior of vehicle. In Waco, Texas they spend more time with a brush on the exterior and windows prior to advancing thru wash cycle.

Literally my favorite (and only place I will go) place to wash my vehicles! The staff is always SO friendly to me and my children! The result of the wash is always phenomenal! And the free vacuums are an added bonus!

The staff was very friendly. I noticed that several of the scrub brushes were not working. Also, only 2 tires actually had tire shine on them.

We were in and out in about 15 minutes and they were professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. We will go back in about 5000 miles for our next oil change! Highly recommend them!!

I have been going here since they first opened. $10 for wash n vacuum was ok then $15 well ok. Now $21 but free vacuum so figure ok. Last time I had a vacuum that didnt hardly get dirt out then this time after 1 hour of vacuuming my car STILL has dirt in it. I changed to 3 vacuums all the same. I will NEVER go here again. I spent more time with less progress than doing it all by hand. Lost my business forever. FIX YOUR VACUUMS!!

Really happy with their service, and they are always willing to help with questions. I talked to them about signing up for a monthly program to wash my car and they got it done for me! Also, unlike other car washes they actually get your car clean! The free vacuums work really well too!

Its a little expensive in my opinion. Car went in dirty and came out clean though

Don’t go here. They are hit and miss if every thing works. Or may even leave soap on your car. And whatever you do, DO NOT sign up for unlimited, the make impossible to stop the automatic payments. I have been calling and filling out form for 4 days. I keep blocking their transaction. I am about to have to no choice but to turn them over to proper authority. I want to stop because it leaves soap on my car, once I hit the dryer it blows sudds everywhere. Making me go down the road and pay to rinse my car. Horrible business practices.

Was told by the manager which was a young kid that I needed to go wash my truck off somewhere else before bringing it back. Saying it was too muddy. There was mud splattered on the door from driving down a dirt road lol. It’s a car wash! Very un professional. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was and said just wash it before coming back. I smiled and said I won’t be coming back!

Team Clean Car Wash price was way too high $7 for a cheap wash job not very well done by machinery. For that kind of money that you pay it should do a better job. And they stop giving free car washes away once every 3 months. Team Clean Car Wash needs to do a better job than that for $7

The only reason why I have it 3 stars is because I called the phone number to cancel my Fast Pass and it went to voicemail (that was not set up ) after 3 rings. I tried this for several days untill a guy answered and said NO! This IS NOT THE CAR WASH! Ugh!! Now I got to go out of my way to go up there and personally cancel it. Very inconvenient!!

I bought a monthly subscription where you can drive through every day. After a while, I noticed that I wasnt getting all of the bells and whistles for which I had paid. For instance, despite selecting the most expensive monthly package, I have noticed that the wash system does not apply tricolored wax or tire shine when I go through. A few weeks ago, the attendant told me they were broken and would be fixed in a few days. Today, he told me they had just broken yesterday. Uh huh.

Good place to wash your car. If you want a good wash, you must pay $10.00 dollars to get a good wash. Vaccum is free.

Very good car wash. I take my truck here to get it cleaned quickly. Only thing I wish was different was another row of spot free rinse or high pressure rinse. I usually still have soap/foam on my windows under the weather tech window guards.

The kids working there on 6-1-20 didnt do a very good job off pre soaking my car and still had bug on the front of it. Other then that its a clean and safe place to wash your car

Favorite car wash

If you have dead bugs on the front of your truck/car this place will not wash them off. I got the most expensive wash ($18) and there were still bugs all over the front of my truck and the tire shining didnt get the left side. I took my receipt to one of the workers and explained what happened, he let me run it through again for free and it STILL didnt get the bugs off. I just said the heck with it, came home and got a rag and dish soap to finish the job. I shouldnt have wash the grill of my truck after spending $18 on a car wash...

Best car wash around!!!

Pretty good car wash, but leaves the back of your truck or suv dirty. Having the guys at the entrance to spray and scrub the back of a vehicle real quick (have seen this at other places that have lower monthly plans out of state) would be much more welcomed than the free suckers and would push this place over the top

Bugs left on the front grill of my truck. Tailgate was not even touched by brushes or spray. Certainly not worth the $18 spent.

The drive thru car wash did not even get the bugs off the front of my Jeep. I chose the best wash they offered at the time. I have only used this car wash once so Im unsure if any improvement was ever made.

Quick easy and clean

They pushed and pushed for a membership and I finally caved in and got one. Before I was a member the vacuums were never working. Since I’ve became a member, they have been closed the last three times I’ve tried to get my car washed. So I’m paying for a car wash that isn’t even available, when I go to cancel it they won’t answer the phone.

Went through the car wash two weeks ago. The thing that pushes your tire failed to move me through the car wash about half way through. My car rolled backwards and sat still until I was pushed through the car wash by the truck behind me. They had it ALL on video. It tore up the front of my running board and I have black scuff marks on my back bumper. Ive tried to meet with the manager a couple of times, but he is not there when Im off work (at 2:30) every day. Today he told my husband on the phone they were not responsible for any damage. Shady, shady, shady! Dont use this car wash! Now we have to look into small claims court.

Takes a full 3 minutes to get through. So you know your car is actually being cleaned. Always free vacuuming.

By far the very worst car wash I have ever been to as I exited the car wash parts of my truck were hanging off of it.It ripped and tour off the window seal around the topside windshield, and ripped the seal away from the bottom of the window of my 2005 Titan pickup.Immediately notified the attendant and he told me to wait (I waited 15 minutes) out by the vacuum cleaners for him to talk to me and he never returned to speak with me. I had to go back into the establishment to find him and he was rude about the incident. He told me there was nothing they would do about it with a smirk on his face.Do not go to this car wash. The business practices here are extremely lacking and nowhere near Professional Services.This car wash is guaranteed to leave your car in shambles.I contacted the local police department they dispatched an officer and I gave them the information on what happened the date time exedra.I was told it was a civil case and I would have to turn it into the business insurance company to get the repairs fixed.I spoke to the gentleman again about turning it into the insurance of the business and was told they have a sign posted that covers damages saying that theyre not responsible.So my vehicle has yet to be repaired the only way to settle this would be to take them to court.If you have an incident happen at this car wash to your vehicle be sure to call the police department and report it.Also, report it to the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce for the city of Russellville Arkansas.Good Luck. My advice is pay someone to detail your car for you if you are not able to do it yourself.

I spent $11 dollars yesterday to wash my car and it was still dirty and what does it matter to have your tires shined if your rims stay dirty too? I should have just paid six dollars for the basic wash. Saw a similar review on their (unofficial) facebook page too.

My car was not very dirty when I came in did not get anything off haha he car after going threw the wash two times was not worth 18 dollars

I used to work here only bad things I have to say about it is if you have two cars for the monthly pass its not worth it because your apebding 80 dollars on a car wash and you have to go to the car wash to get a vacuum commendable for staying closed on Sunday though
