Got the auto wash for only $25/mo and I LOVE it. This auto wash does a far better job than the newer and longer unit on Main Street midtown. Its been a great blessing whenever I wake up to a pollen-covered car to just stop in and clear it off. I can go as often as I like and thats just huge value.

It cleaned it ok but there cheaper options that actually clean better.

The amount of time for money is good on the self-service side, but needs some repairs. You get washed from above while washing your vehicle and the wash soap is very stingy (at least on the one by the entrance)

Every time I go here none of the vacuums work. I just tried to use three of them. Two just wouldnt suck and the other just took my dollar and didnt even turn on. This use to be a great place to wash your car, its embarrassing now.

Just had my car washed (1:17 pm on 20 May). Attendant came out late to direct me onto track, kept her cell phone up to her ear the entire time, and barely sprayed the car prior to entering the car wash. I routinely go here because the service and quality are usually much better than they were today.

It didnt work.

Go to literally ANY other car wash in Russellville. Every single time I’ve stopped here to wash Street Sweeper truck some thing is broken. Hoses have had cuts in them and soak me. Some how water leaks profusely from the handle it’s self!? I’ve had foam sprayed all over me. I’ve had foam and water leak on me from the the top of the hoses. Not one time have I stopped here and been happy when I left. I can almost promise you will leave this car wash soaked if you use the self wash.

They pitched me a $25 gift card recently, and it was much appreciated! Best carwash in town, on the N. Arkansas location..

Great wash, but you have to wait for an attendant to start you. Did not get promised vaccum.

I payed 15$ for my car to get dyed pink and yellow and the vacuum barely worked never have good luck here

This carwash is ok. Employees are very nice. But always almost has something not working. Usually the vacuums dont ever ever ever work! Very frustrating, but its still an ok place to go.

Touch screen worked great and you get a lot if time for your money. Thats the way it should be 🙂

Being from out of town I have driven by this place numerous times. I figured you couldnt go wrong with a name like Cyclone for a car wash. I pulled into the bay to wash the car myself. I thought the concept was good but failed in practice.Normally a car wash has maybe three tools to use, a sprayer, a brush, etc. Each bay in this car wash has at least five which left me confused on which item to use when selected on the main board. Hoses became entangled on the upper swing arm which took time to untangle. all the while the clock is ticking down. In conclusion, it took more time, more money and left my car somewhat clean. I personally wouldnt recommend.

Im only giving this 1 star because I cant choose 0 stars. Like an earlier review I also put $20 in and it gave no change. The lady said I will meet you in the back after the car wash to give you your change. She came out and said she didnt have any change inside and that I would have to contact Facebook page to get my money back. I called 911 asked her for the adress so I could tell police and she ran off inside, i pulled around front waiting on cops and she came out with $8 in quarters after 5 minutes and rudely said that it was her money and she hoped it fixed the problem. So either she stole the money to give me or they pay her in quarters. 🤔

Awesome place

All the things you need to get the job done, from soaping brushes to a handheld air blaster/dryer in the bay. Credit cards accepted in the self-service bays. Works well, cost about average for car wash, convenient location.

This was my first and last time here. The first bay I pulled into didnt work. Move over one bay theres was no tire cleaner, no soap,vacuum cleaner didnt work.

I love this place and their memberships for a reason price with unlimited washes plus free vacuum tokens (optional) the people are very nice and friendly. Recommend 10/10

They had this crazy little tunnel with soap and water.... lots a wind.... It was wild. Oh and the car looked great too.

The reason Im giving them 3 stars is because I tried the automatic car wash with the brushes and it seems like it just smeared around the bed of my truck and actually left scratches. I have to use the touchless just to be safe but even after the deal with the scratches I still go there because it is a good car wash plus the Cyclones and you got to rip your mascots

Love using the automatic wash. Super fun to go through! Little pricy but it does a good job.

One of the newer car washes in town, so it has all the bells and whistles. You dont even have to worry about going through at the right speed because the track drafts your car along in neutral. Squeaky clean.

Put 20 dollars in machine for 12 dollor wash job machine did not give back change, the attendant was left with no money he took my name and number said they would call me for my change when the owner got back ..im still waiting ...Hmmm here is your sign.

Stopped on there with mud on the car from Colorado. The gal that was working there did a great job of getting almost all of it off. There was some still stuck in places that she couldnt get to.

I tried to wash my truck in the very first day and apparently it said fatal error and I lost a dollar bill cuz I didnt see it until after Id already insert the money

Went through the automatic wash and there is a black grease looking splatter all over my truck. Avoid at all cost

When this carwash was newer I really liked it, but since then it has really gone down hill. The automatic carwash no longer cleans my car adequately, I always end up having to rewash it manually. Seems the amount of water being sprayed has dropped, as well as the pressure itself. This was the best wash they offer, the $12 wash, and my car was dirty from daily driving, not coated with dirt. The vacuums no longer have the suction power that they used to, so it usually takes 3 uses to get it close to acceptable. If they would fix the issues I would gladly come back, but currently its a waste of money, as I have to manually redo all of the work the carwash is supposed to do.

Science says its under New Management the workers have no way of accessing the money so if you pay cash and your owed money back they cant give it to you nor can they reach the manager the only reason it gets one Stars cuz you got to pick one to do a review

Best automatic wash in town at this point. Workers pre-soak your vehicle and and wipe it down at the end. Offer happy hour in the morning for discount on washes

Didnt have the triple shine and didnt disable the button, lost time and money. When trying to find a worker, none were present during operating hours. The phone number dialed little ceasars. That or an employee needs to be fired. An email resulted in nothing as it cant be sent to an address that doesnt exist. The absolute last time I come here. They also bribe your review for a 5 star rating by giving you 1 free car wash. Its ashame they put Russellville school districts name on it. Sad sad day. Im literally driving to another car wash to finish rinsing my car. Suds and all. Id love to just rinse it here but it requires a minimum of 1 dollar to do so. I could have rinsed it with the time wasted finding an employee and never selecting the triple wax to begin with. And for all others reading this, yes........it is that big of a deal. My panties are in a knot. Im like your mother-in-law.....get with it. Peace out........................Im coming back to this post to let everyone know that the car wash in front of Petco is 25 cents for 1 minute and 10 seconds. No minimum buy. It also has hot water. Where-as cyclone carwash is 75 cents a minute. And a minimum of 1 dollar. I suggest giving it a go and let cyclone take the hit since they dont wanna compete.

Worst experuence i ever had at a car wash. The first one i went to on 64 the computer was messed up so i went to the one on 7 and none of the brushes spit out soap and there was no spot free rinse. All i wanted to do.then is pray i at least get the soap.off and leave. Never will i go back
