Friendly staff. Great access to when I want to work out. Clean and equipment is well maintained. Feel very comfortable working out as everyone who goes is respectful to each other. Good value for the price.
Class is always challenging and fun. It can also be modified to fit any fitness level and no class is ever the same! Great class environment, small class sizes, and friendly people. So glad I found this place!

Not only an amazing workout, but a great instructor! A very welcoming and warm environment that is focused to any level. These classes are challenging and rewarding. Since coming here, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my strength and body. Love coming here and making this place part of my routine!
My husband and I have been coming to Pure MVMT for nearly a year and we love the variety and intensity. The workouts are adaptable to all fitness levels, and Ryan (the head instructor and owner) always brings fantastic energy and excellent coaching. There is definitely strong sense of community at this studio that you dont find in many other places. We would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get fit while enjoying themselves!

Very well thought-out interval training. Your first class is free! I like that you can buy a monthly membership or class packs, like a yoga studio, with no monthly fees. Ive been to seven workout so far and each one has been unique and challenging. Class size is small and personal and Ryan is very good about correcting form.
I have been coming here for a little under three months now and it has been a game changer with my workouts. I used to exercise at a gym on my own and had reached a plateau with my results. At Pure MVMT, things started progressing quickly again with the way that Ryan builds his workouts. No two days are the same, which keeps your body in a constant state of dynamic change, and allows you to exercise multiple days in a week without feeling overly sore in one area. They have great class options, from 30 minutes to 60 minutes, and the class times work with most peoples work schedules. Both he and his wife do a great job of getting to know you by name and making you feel welcomed right from the start. I highly recommend checking them out!
I tried this studio on classpass and really like it! It’s interval strength training with spurts of cardio to keep the heart racing. Ryan is a motivating instructor. Always get a great workout.
