Southern Pride did an amazing job with our French Doors. I would highly recommend them!!

A few years ago, we had Southern Pride replace all of the windows in our house after getting quotes from a handful of companies. It was a great experience. We immediately noticed a reduction in energy bills afterwards.Recently, we decided to replace the exterior doors on the house, so we again got a few quotes. We again decided to go with Southern Pride and couldnt be happier with how they turned out. Quality work, quality materials.They use the best quality vinyl windows you can get in the area (Vanguard) and best doors (ProVia). Highly recommend the Southern Pride team. Plan on being in this house for a long time and dont have to worry about windows and doors again.

Southern Pride installed a brand new patio door replacing our old one from when the house was built over 40 years ago. We had a positive experience from Shannon measuring and giving a fair estimate, Shawna in the office with emails keeping us posted during this COVID time and Justin with installation in which his work is spot on and he was professional. We will use them again if we decide to have our large kitchen window replaced. This was done on February 10th 2021 on a very cold but dry day a week prior to the BIG STORM.

First off, Kelli, Tom and Justin are the perfect combination and team to deliver excellent results. Kelli is extremely responsive and super personable. Tom has the best customer service & customer empathy in the business. Justin is a true expert craftsman and an overall great person. The team is phenomenal.The price is not the cheapest. It hurts the wallet when you pay premium for work and dont get results. That is not the case here. You pay for the quality! The products they install have great customer support as well, which we value. We also have friends that used the team for installations, which is why we ended up taking a bid from them.We are absolutely enamored with the final result! Justin did such a fantastic job with the installation and has great attention to detail. The backdoor of my home was made of wood and original to the house, installed when it was built back in ~2003. Unfortunately, it started rotting at the bottom because the weather stripping wore out ages ago and water was getting into the house during heavy rain.After much research, decided to get a few quotes to get a door replacement for the backdoor. After consideration and comparisons of both the quotes and interactions I had with the various companies/contractors, I went with Southern Pride Openings. They were just very helpful, considerate, and answered questions with respect.Southern Pride Openings came again to do exact measurements to the back door frame before making an order for the door. The door took a few weeks to get completed and then a set up for installation day.Installation went without any issues. Southern Pride Openings did a great job, making sure that the door jamb area was replaced, everything was plumb, caulked correctly, and clean. No issues coming in or going out. The door we have installed is now more heavy duty, weather proofed, and looks way better.Highly recommend.

After having to replace my patio doors for the 4th time due to the door frame being rotten due to poor quality doors and installations, I was searching for an expert Door company and that is exactly what I found with Southern Pride!! Our old door in our early-70s home was completely worn out, and Southern Pride Openings helped so much making our home seem like new again. The new door is beautiful, but most of all they did such a great job on the installation. Cant recommend them enough - now saving up for new windows!

Replaced front door with a Provia door through Southern Pride Openings. I contacted several authorized dealers in the area and SPO was the only one to come out for in person assessment before providing a quote. Provia doors are pretty much the same price no matter who you go with but SPO didnt shuffle the numbers around by giving a discount on the door and then upping the labor charges. Tom explained in detail which parts I needed and which ones I dont so I knew exactly what Im getting. The samples he brought helped me choose the right color. Order was delivered within the 8-10 weeks as promised and installation took half a day. My new door looks great and feels great. Shawna had always replied to my email communications in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

I’ve had their windows installed 3 years now. I recently had a problem with one of my windows and they took care of it under warranty without much hassle. Just a couple phone calls and pictures of the problem and it was fixed in a few days. They were a pleasure to work with then and now.

Southern Pride Openings truly is the best! Our house is 13 years old and had one window we could barely see through due to a broken seal (already replaced once) and several windows that were either difficult to open or would not stay open due to hardware that was no longer functioning well. I initially started looking into replacing just a few windows. A co-worker and friend had recently replaced all of the windows in her home through one of the big-box stores and had some issues that prompted me to really research replacing even one window. Anyway, I stumbled upon Southern Pride Openings as one of my options and found their reviews to be highly favorable sooooo, I gave them a call. One of their employees, Shannon, came to the house and took preliminary measurements, showed me the window products, and gave me a quote on the spot for over 30 windows. Needless to say, I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, patience with my questions, and non-pushy sales tactics, that after he left I got on-line, searched for product reviews on the windows, liked what I saw, and called Southern Pride Openings the same day and gave them our business. From start to finish everything was awesome. One of the owners, Tom, then came out and took PRECISE measurements and actually made a recommendation for transom windows in our breakfast nook that sounded very appealing (and turned out to be JUST what that area needed)! The actual installation of the windows went VERY well. Again, professional installers with a very exacting nature for proper installation. Also very, very honest and trustworthy. When Anthony encountered a construction faux pas from when the house was built, he pointed it out to us and let us know how it affected the installation process. Thankfully there were no huge issues with the original construction but it was still nice to see the crew installing our new investment with integrity and pride in their work. We selected Southern Pride Openings based on the professional sales process that left no question unanswered & the high quality of the sliding glass door they recommended. In 2015 my wife & I purchased a townhome in Richardson, TX. The original builder-grade, aluminum, single pane glass sliding door faced west & made the dining room unusable during hot summer afternoons & evenings. When our HVAC company offered to sell us a larger Air Conditioning unit to compensate we investigated replacing the door with a top quality double pane insulated polymer door. Southern Pride Openings bid was competitive, but their sales person & sales process was so superior to the competition there was no choice. It is now 3 years later & we couldnt be happier with our decision & saved $3,000+ by not having to upgrade our downstairs HVAC unit. The door looks & functions perfectly.

My wife Colleen and I would like to extend our appreciation of everything that Southern Pride Openings has done. We had 5 windows in the front of the house replaced and we are amazed not only by the huge change it has made in the look but also the beauty of the windows compared to the ones we had. We have had neighbors stop and look and we are proud to tell them that Southern Pride Openings not only installed them but also that the whole process from Larry coming for the initial estimate, Tom coming out to get the exact measurements, and Justin coming to install, and being in contact with Kellie throughout, it was an absolute pleasure having Southern Pride Openings for our project. We are planning on doing windows in the back of the house next year.......I bet you can guess who we are going to have doing that project.
