The windows function as explained and then some. Not only do they keep the heat out but they also kept out the cold in February 2021. The windows were installed around 10 years ago and they look brand new. But more important is our energy bills have been cut in half from what they used to be. The result is the windows have paid for themselves and then some. ACRI windows is an excellent choice and we have referred many friends and neighbors to get ACRI windows and they are happy they did too.

Fantastic windows! My brother in law referred us to Acri windows. He was extremely happy with his service and windows. We chose to give them a try and get an estimate. The owner, Tony, came out and gave us a demonstration and an estimate. We had two prior estimates and Acri Windows was by far the most affordable.State wide windows were $20,000 higher!We were extremely happy with the windows. Charlie, the marketing specialist, was fun, friendly and a great coordinator. He ensured all the details were met. He assisted the installers Tom and Antonio. Together, they did a fantastic job installing the windows. Their craftsmanship was very evident and obvious. What a stellar job! I am amazed at how good the windows look! Very happy with the overall look of the windows and the functionality. This team at Acri windows is not only affordable but well worth every penny! I highly recommend them!

Replaced over 30 Windows in our entire home.... Installation happened March 2019. The price was very competitive, the installation team showed up when promised. Installation was done meticulously by experienced installers. They carefully protected the inside from dust and dirt and cleaned up afterwards. The team was friendly and very comfortable to have around.

Tony is a great guy, someone you want to do business with. He sure knows his stuff, he was able to help diagnose a humidity issue with my windows from over 1500 miles away!

Ive had my new windows for a new months now. They are beautiful and are already saving us money; I cant believe what a difference they make! Everyone was professional, service oriented and courteous. I was referred to Acri, and I will recommend them every chance I get.

If I could give them negative starts I would. The person who made my original appointment was scattered brained and could not keep up with a simple address and phone number. That should have been a clue right there. We finally got through what to me was the easy part and moved to the appointment time. We were scheduled for 5pm. My husband and I rearranged our schedules to ensure that we would both be home for the appointment since they require both homeowners to be present. I received a call at 5:30pm stating they were not going to make it due to being caught up in Carrollton and the holiday (4th of July) was coming up. They asked to reschedule for Saturday at 10am. Saturday is here and no one shows up for our rescheduled appointment. I call Acri at 10:15am to double check they are still coming. I was told I never had a 10am appointment because 10am is too early and they are still doing paperwork. I was informed that I was wrong and my scheduled time was 11:30am. I went back to my notebook where I wrote down the time they were coming and who to expect. When I explained to them I did not have the time wrong I was told I must have written it down wrong. I was so upset that they missed TWO appointments, I told them we were going to do business elsewhere. If you don’t want to waste your time I urge you not to go with this company.
