I submitted an inquiry online on a Sunday evening and on Monday morning, I was greeted with a phone call. During the call, I was given a thorough review of all of my options and had all of my concerns addressed. Honestly, I am very pleased with Ms. Taylors level of attention and courtesy. They took care of my needs, but I should have asked for more references. The roof was good, but the inside of my house which flooded was not. I should of checked on the references better. They references for the inside of my house tried to cheat me. Didnt do a professional job.

They were so responsive and nice that my service guy commented; Nice people, he said, We usually dont get that kind of help and courtesy from insurance agents. I marked it down one star because it is important in customer service to promptly get back to a customer when contacted by phone, email or text,,, I realize things get missed at times with a busy schedule, but one must be vigilant in this area...
