Great customer service

After a week from HELL this was the Only bright spot in my week. Service, attitude, and overall experience was phenomenal. Dont judge the book by the cower. But it is Old School family business. And Respect goes a long way. 5 STARS.

Should have checked the reviews before we booked the trailer here.The U-haul is in the gas station, and gas station also have a car service center and State Inspection site as well.I can understand that business need to find ways to earn more income, and it is good that if its a business that has been around for long time, and wants to pass on to the next generation, but there is also a need of giving some respects to your customers and customers will respect the business as well.We booked a trailer and arrived to pick up, there was an U-haul desk within the gas station Little Mart, I went to the cashier (an old gentleman seems like the owner) and told him that we are there to pick up the booked trailer, so he told us to sign in and wait (the person handling the U-haul was tight up doing State Inspections), so I asked maybe how long will be the wait, then he start giving a lecture of everyone gotta wait for what they are there for, and then he indicate that we will have to wait until our turn after all Inspections who arrived before we did.Yes sir, I know I had to wait in line for picking up the trailer, thats why I was only asking a questions to know how long we have to wait, so I can be expecting the time frame, but we received a lecture plus an attitude from this old gentleman and also a not so happy face.If you choose this place, be expect that you might have to wait a bit longer then other regular U-Haul (perhaps half hour to an hour before someone can start writing you up) to pick up your U-Haul rentals.Without knowing how much longer we have to wait, we end up leaving this place after waiting for 10 minutes and went down to the U-Haul down at 620 (5 minutes drive), and I was in and out within 10 minutes with someone smile and happy to serve their customers.Seriously, U-Haul need to re-evaluate their franchisee stores to keep their good service standards, if a location like this cant keep up with the service, why not just let that business owner to stay within what they are best of (gas station, car services and state inspections).

Easy to get, easy to use, and struggle to return back (at least for me)

They did not have my truck, they did not call me to let me know they did not have my truck, they couldnt have cared less that they didnt have my truck.
