I dont want to exaggerate here but BBC changed my life! Not only do I feel stronger physically but mentally. The trainers never leave you behind, they are always motivating you and helping you to improve the exercises and constantly raising your level. And not to mention the community that always makes you feel welcome and happy. I Love Burn!!!

Truly a place I love going to everyday, not only for the physical aspect but for the mental. The community is welcoming and supportive at all stages of life. I am a mom of 3 trying to build my strength and shave some time for myself daily, and there is no better place to do it. Plus, free child care is never something I would turn down 😂.

I have been working out at Burn for 6 months and Im still excited and thrilled for every workout. It feels like personal training, but with friends! and at a fraction of the cost. The trainers are helpful, the classmates are friendly, and the workouts WORK! I have lost 20lbs and EVERYONE tells me how great I look. I have never been this strong in my life! If your on the fence, definitely come check out a camp! There are lots to choose from- early morning to late evening. Some are coed, some are womens only, and most have childcare! Thanks burn for finally helping me get my health headed in the right direction (and my stress level DOWN!)

Burn has change my life! The workouts are never the same. The trainers motivate you to push yourself, to be better and stronger. I have made some great friendships with my burn sisters! Love this place.
