We have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Karen Withers at Head to Heart Ministries. She has been such a blessing to me and my husband. She counsels with compassion, understanding, and grace. She truly takes the time to really understand you, and always turns discussion and guidance back to Christ. We could not rave more about how much she means to us!

Yesterday was our last Pre-Marital counseling session. Loved every moment of it! For those who may be curious, our sessions consisted of us understanding each others temperaments allowing us to understand each other better. We dived deep into our styles of working/ how we approach situations, or decision making, what we struggle with, and how we express and want to receive love. i think we knew a lot of the things we went over, but it was nice to go deeper ☺️. For those who are looking to get married, are married, or even single.. i highly recommend some sort of counseling life changing and eye opening! For us Dr. Al was absolutely amazing! As for us, we plan on returning in a year for a tune up. Married life here we come!

Love this place! I meet with Mrs. Brenda Ramsey and literally, EVERY TIME, after each session, I feel weight lifted off. I feel I enter a new level with Christ and in wisdom. I love that we pray before and after our meetings and that everything is Christ centered. I HIGHLY recommend Mrs. Brenda Ramsey if youre needing someone to talk to. She points you into the right direction, shes open, honest, has incredible testimonies and makes sure you receive scriptures and other necessities to achieve your ultimate goal of freedom, happiness and joy. I have been seeing Cathy for the past 3 or so years, and I am so truly thankful to have her in my life. She was recommended to me by a close friend several years back, but I always thought I could do things on my own and had my own reservations and embarrassments about seeking help (stupid, I know). When I found myself going through a troublesome time in my life that I realized I could no longer handle on my own, I remembered the referral and reached out to Cathy. I had never been to any type of counseling before and was nervous about the unknown. During my first visit, Cathy immediately put me at ease before we could even make it back to her office - her spirit is so genuine and kind and just simply being in her presence, it is easy to feel. She was encouraging and reassuring and I very quickly knew I had a safe place to be 100% true me. I appreciate the patience and genuine love and concern Cathy has for me (as Im sure is the case for all of those who visit her) and am always so thankful for the ways she can make me see something from a different perspective, which almost always immediately diffuses my negative feelings. Cathy has always been my spiritual recharge and I have always looked forward to seeing her. I embarked on a spiritual journey after meeting Cathy and she was there to guide me every step of the way, patiently answering all of my questions and helping me to understand that of which I did not. I long ago made it through the trial that I originally sought Cathys help for, but have continued to visit her simply just to bring joy to my spirit and to continue to maintain the health of my mind, body, and soul. I love Cathy dearly and am so thankful to know her. By far, I recommend her to anyone any chance I get.

I have referred people to Head to Heart after my own experiences there and I know several personal stories of people substantively and positively helped by them and Cathy Teague in particular. She is clearly called to this ministry. Tom and Al are similarly to be recommended. I found the whole team to be committed, trustworthy, compassionate, authentic and skilled. As Karen prayed over me to break agreement with the curse placed upon me when I was 12 tortured with anxiety over performing banjo live with my Dad in Church, I had such a remarkable sensation. During her prayer, I felt frozen, not cold, but like a stone. Heavy and full of shadows. Like the demon(s) that were on me were fighting to keep hold. I was never scared because the blood of Jesus protects me, but it was uncomfortable.After leaving her office, as I drove back to work, and for some time after, I was filled with such an intense, joyful surge of energy. I felt a sense that I could do anything. Fearless. And empowered by the name of Christ Jesus!I had a couple of conversations with people about their prayer life during that time. I gave one of them a copy of the Psalm 91 tract that she sent me, and placed it on my computer tower to read throughout the day. I’m reading it often.There is no doubt that God is up to something exciting!I am ready!

I highly recommend Brenda Ramsey with Head to Heart Ministry! I have been seeing her for the past few months during a very difficult time in my marriage. This is an amazing ministry and truly a God-send. Cathy is a wonderful counselor who has taught us so much about marriage, family, and life that no other counselor has ever taught us. She is very skilled at resolving marriage conflict and contentious issues that occur frequently. She has become like a mentor and life coach to my wife and I.

Cathy has been an awesome mentor. My husband and I have a blended family (5 children, 1 together and 4 from previous relationships oh and expecting another child). I was so disappointed. My new husband and I were having difficulties communicating. We were a prescribed a very standard, rote, cookie cutter approach (complete this survey and we will give you 6 weeks of routine counseling blah blah blah). I felt that they didnt even HEAR my concerns, let alone help me address them. Today I am back again, looking for a solid Christian counselor, to help us with the very same issues we faced before, and will not go back to these folks again.

Cathy Teague has been a true blessing to my brother and his family. They started seeing Pastor Teague as he and his wife were divorcing.
