Like Dr Travis and his wife. but Amanda at front desk has no people skills Rude!! It starts with front desk need to get better front desk staff !!Wouldnt recommend.

This place is very friendly, my kids are going and seeing Dr.Peters nearly 6 years now. Staff and Dr are very kind and always helpful! They are always very fast as well when coming in for a regular appointment and getting the work done efficiently and perfectly! The staff are always smiling and are just simply amazing! It is such a friendly environment and my daughter and son actually look forward to going to the dentist because of the wonderful environment! When coming in for an appointment, they always ask whether they are feeling alright, anything hurting, poking and etc and they do this is such a kind way and find the problem and solutions immediately! The customer service is terrific and very, very kind and sweet! I admire going to a such a wonderful dentist and recommend anyone to go!

I have been taking my daughter to Austin Family Orthodontics for the past 3 years. Today is the day for her second round of braces. I cant stress enough how wonderful Dr. Peters and his entire staff are. They are always polite, happy, helpful, accommodating, on time, answer any questions or concerns you may have, and you are informed of the exact cost of treatment before you even begin. No surprises! I highly recommend Dr. Peters. He is very personable, and makes my daughter feel very comfortable on every visit.

Great staff, friendly doctors and dental assistants. Prior to coming to Austin family orthodontist we had a consultation elsewhere. My son was very apprehensive about getting braces. Once we visited the Leander office he was confident and ready to start treatment! I couldn’t be more pleased with his progress.

We love this office. 2 out of 5 of our kids have braces with them and the staff is always so friendly. Always smiling and interacting with the patients. The Dr is very friendly and helpful when we have questions.

Just a little over 2 years ago, I brought my daughter to AFO for braces. My daughter was very nervous about coming here but just after the first visit, we were very confident in knowing that she was in good hands. The staff here is super friendly, highly professional and extremely accommodating, willing to work with your needs if flexibility is required. AFO has done a beautiful job on my daughter’s teeth. There were no complications throughout the process and she is happy with the services received. This is a family friendly establishment and you will see families enjoy bringing their children. I could not recommend a better Orthodontist who remains patient with children (and adults). If you don’t have any children, it’s okay. As an adult, AFO will go above and beyond to take care of your needs. Guaranteed!
