Great experience with Kinetisys. Called on a Friday afternoon due to laptop not working for daughters virtual school. They had someone out within the hour that day. It was determined to be a bad hard drive, which the technician took and fixed as well as updated the operating system and had ready by Sunday evening so my daughter would have it Monday morning. We will for use again in the future for any IT needs.

Short Version: Server Repair ExcellenceLong Version: I ended up having two issues with my home server I built to practice what I am learning during my Graduate Computer Science studies. One was embarrassingly simple and the other rather advanced. I was helped directly over the phone by Eric who, even though I have an uncommon hardware setup quickly figured out what the problems were. They are also the only company in the Austin area doing server repair which have someone who will actually answer the phone. Rates are quite reasonable, especially considering the skill and knowledge it will pay for.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Had a virus on my laptop and they were able to not only get that fixed, they also inquired if I had ever thought about upgrading my hard drive as well as storage.
